Perhaps worth waiting, if one has the patience for that, but I certainly wouldn’t send any money over until there’s some evidence that the product will be delivered.

To be clear I’m not suggesting there’s anything nefarious going on at Fulcrum, but not all great engineers make great business people.  An experienced business person wouldn’t let this much dead air exist and would be communicating actively to maintain/restore confidence in the company.

You do need to start MSFS with the XPForce icon on desktop.  When in MSFS, you need to go to the Settings and configure how much force you want when rolling down runway and when gear extend, and other force situations.  My settings can be accessed by hitting Alt/Enter so that my task bar is visible.  Then right click on the XPForce icon (on right side of display...on my monitor), and get into the settings adjustments. Then I hit Alt/Enter again to go back to full screen.  You can save your individual setting for each and every aircraft separately.

I use a Fulcrum and am very impressed with it. In some respects it is better than the much more expensive Yoko.

I believe Fulcrum may be struggling to get their new throttle assembly shipped in a timely manner but I think the Fulcrum Yokes are still shipping oK.

I have owned a Fulcrum, but my example was not smooth in the push pull motion when I made small changes with one hand, probably because it doesn't have a support bearing at the end of the box, so I return it.

I was advised to lubricate it with a silicon spray that eliminated most issues. There still was a slight stiction about a centimetre each side of centre on the pitch axis but not enough to be a real issue, barely noticeable. And in fact made it slightly easier to hand fly straight and level.

You do need to lubricate with the spray regularly. I would say once a month if you fly every day, But it is just a quick puff with an aerosol.

I would still recommend the Fulcrum, but only if you can wait until the company has solved its issues. I don't recommend to pre-order though.
It's built quality is very high and it is very affordable
If you cannot wait, the Yoko Neo seems very cool, but at €1795 it's expensive. The Yoko+ is less expensive but still a lot more than the Fulcrum.
