no, mate. No crew mods whatsoever.

This is a (Steam files re-verified) install. I'm wondering whether a total wipe and re-installation will solve the problem (it should but I'm loathe to go through that again).

I would probably try various locations (aircraft type) before reinstalling to see if the problem exist everywhere. No?

Another thing to try is to change your default avatar(s) in options.

No FS Realistic installed?

Guarantee he's on shrooms

Tried on each of the default airliners. He's always popping up.

Yup bush strip test done and image posted (check my earlier posts) and yes, I switched to the default avatars for both Captain and FO.

Maybe its time for the End use to step outside and take a walk and breathe some fresh air perhaps? first time I have heard of the issue in flighsim history. Keep plugging at it though.

One last upload.

These were done while in Safe mode so nothing has loaded from Community. All default aircraft. The dude(s) do not appear in GA aircraft. I have no crew mods. No GSX.
Your guess is as good as mine...

More than likely, Peter. I don't see what else I can do. Will keep at it for a couple more days though.

I sure hope you get it straight but this is weird. Total head-ctratcher. 

Edit;  if you you try to reinstall do a complete system power up reboot unplug the power supply and wait a minute its a bit of an extreme but some installs require this.
