I'll get back to you after a few days.

I've now had my flight 7 times which caused problems and always the same problem... Shortly before landing I lose control... I also noticed that as soon as I go from 3 to full with flaps, the nose is pulled up very strongly .

I described my problem in Discord and to my surprise no one had any idea... I got some information about what could be, but that's not all.

Now I've read something about Anti ice in Settings, and I'm going to try that out this evening

You can't use Icing in the Feinix.

You cannot enable icing in MSFS with the Fenix.

Not anti ice, icing. You can turn it on and off in the menu where you set the realism options.

Hi,

Here is my last landing in KLAS. This is now my 8th flight where I have problems.

There is also no real help in Fenix's Discord channel and I have now created a ticket with Fenix.

I still can't understand why I'm having problems. In any case, I notice that everything is ok except for flap 3. Only when I go to full flaps does the machine spin and pull its nose up sharply, so that I get a speed warning get

I even reinstalled MSFS and Fenix and the problem still persists.

 

Did you check your icing and turbulence settings? A bunch of us here, and on the Fenix discord have tried to help you, but all we keep getting from you is "I am still having problems."

What have you done to try and resolve this?

Also, try using something like Davinci Resolve to crop down the video to the PFD/ECAM/FCP etc. That widescreen is impossible to read.

Wonder if we get a better response on here? Since you don't listen to what people say in Discord when we have helped. Will you actually listen to the support team even though they most likely give the same answer....

I think that's unfair... Nobody gave me the exact tip to fix the problem.

I tried everything that was written to me:

Anti Ice in Settings : Off
Turbulence: Low

what have I done? I checked all the settings, even reinstalled MSFS and Fenix. Yes, I tried a few things.

That is what we were looking for. Those are the usual suspects for your issue.

Can you land fine with flaps 3?

By any chance, do you have Flaps 3 pressed on the overhead?

I haven't landed on Flaps 3 yet, but I can try it.

But why does it pull up so strongly when I go to full?

What do you mean pushed up?

There is a button on the overhead that specifies you are executing a flaps 3 landing. It's not on by default, and I imagine you aren't pressing it.

I don't know why it pulls up. It's hard to view the widescreen videos, and the cell phone camera videos I can't read the ECAM messages.

It looks like for some reason you aren't properly configured for landing and it is executing a go around.

You should change your translator program. It tried to translate "Overhead" not knowing that it is term for the panel above your head, which isn't translated from english. It's also called "Overhead" in german.

Yes, I know, if you want to land with flap 3, you have to press it in the overhead panel, otherwise an error message will appear in ECAM.

I'll try a Flap 3 load and see how the machine behaves
