Don't think there is one. The letter Z on your keyboard will toggle the AP master.

For convenience, you can map it to a joystick button.

The point of video link was to demonstrate how autopilot works in Carenado. I care less if youtuber don't know what ELT is LOL

Well it should be mapped to a joystick button right.  So click the actual button.

Unfortunately, Carenado made a bit of a hash of the FD/AP switch in the panel.

If you choose to activate the autopilot by a mapped button, or the Z key, the switch in the panel does not follow, so the panel tells you that the AP is off, the STEC autopilot gives no indication of the AP being active, but the actual airplane behaves like the AP is active (which I guess it is..)   Actually, the STEC tends to display "TRIM" when the AP is engaged, so maybe you can take that as an indication..

I got fed up with this logic (or lack thereof) and after Carenado did not fix it, although I sent them a bug report, I wrote a little routine that moves the switch if the AP is activated externally.

You can find it here:  https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/clwoqw8xrgi9p47hewi8c/tds-gtnxi-carenado-seminole.zip?rlkey=pg6lww8h7m2gavquj0k6b29ni&dl=0

Unzip into your Community folder.  Please note that this will also activate the TGS GTN in the panel when started on the runway..   If you do not want that, remove the runway.flt file from the mod.
