April 1, 20242 yr It's actually a great idea to get more users to ask for the API/Whatever is needed for them to be able to make Chaseplane for MSFS to be honest. Disagree... the camera system is alright. I have no interest in letting a dev that's already proved they're grasping at straws sell an "essential" camera addon again - especially not after they neutered its functionality in P3D a year after release and never really fixed it. Then they had the gall to charge full price, more than the addon used to cost, for an upgrade to P3D v6. They need to focus on figuring out a product to bring to market that people actually like, not trying to charge $3 for a scrollbar mod that they claim is in the service of disability advocacy. They made it free, but they got that one embarrassingly wrong. Adapt or die.
April 1, 20242 yr I never cared for camera addons and maybe I have no humor. I can totally see why this would be a bit much for an April fool's joke because I've seen tons of people over the years yearning for Chaseplane for MSFS, and using that as a prank I can see why some don't find this too funny. It's too realistic. I know I wouldn't be too thrilled if PMDG announced the MAX release today after I've been waiting for it since 2019 only to realize it's a prank. But that's just me. I got the email from inibuilds about them leaving flight simulation, dropping an F1 car for MSFS as a goodbye. I was like "what the f" until I realized it's April 1st, and I thought that was actually funny.
