Chart Provider such as this.......

Hi,

I am wondering who are the actual manufacturers of these specific charts like this one:-

https://www.flightaware.com/resources/airport/JFK/APD/AIRPORT+DIAGRAM/pdf

I like there styles but all I can see is they do USA Airports only, I was looking for the same style but for worldwide airports.  I am aware of Navgraph and Aerosoft but they are subscription and the are up to date.  I am looking for charts that you can view offline as with most airport constantly changing, the most up to date chart as a result of live update will not reflect the airports within Flight Sim as no developer can constantly up date their products to current state.

Thanks

Sounds a lot like FAA but I can be wrong

Ah I was thinking along the same lines, shame they do not do worldwide ones .

Hmm, how about the AIP for the country you are interested in?, eg: https://www.aurora.nats.co.uk/htmlAIP/Publications/2020-10-08-AIRAC/html/index-en-GB.html

drill down and you get eg: https://www.aurora.nats.co.uk/htmlAIP/Publications/2020-10-08-AIRAC/html/index-en-GB.html

Oh the second link doesnt work..just click aerodromes on the left....find aerodrome you want, click it and scroll to bottom of page, you'll get the aerodrome chart

Other country's AIP should get you similar

France AIP is very well put together https://www.sia.aviation-civile.gouv.fr/?___store=english

Thank you for the link, I was specifically looking for the style/layout like the FAA ones.

That's an FAA chart - it's not a style per se, just what they put out, so only available for US airports.

chartfox.org provides the airport charts directly from the AIP of various countries, even FAA.

Thanks everyone, wish Jeppesen allowed you via Navigraph to keep existing charts without updating, for example say at EGCC Airport the taxi layout is different on the chart to what is depicted in FS UK2000 EGCC, be nice to have charts that go back to that point or in any event doesn’t keep having to download the most up to date charts.

You can use LNM to see the actual layout of your airports as they are in the sim, but the taxiway names need to correctly set in the BGL file. Aivlasoft EFB used to do this too, but not sure that's maintained anymore.

Thanks, not very savvy so apologies, not sure what LNM is?  I’m jus5 basically looking a chart application that doesn’t need internet connection or one that doesn’t force you to keep updating.

"not sure what LNM is?"

LNM

LNM (linked by turbomax above) is little nav map, more of a map than a chart application. Once you install it, set the location of your community folder, and then scan the scenery library. Then if zoom in on any particular airport, it'll show you the layout that is present in the sin, as opposed to the latest ones on the AIP charts. It works offline just fine, the maps won't load as they're downloaded from OSM, but navdata and airport layouts will work without any issue as they're stored on your machine. if you have a valid navigraph sub, you can update the navdata to the current cycle too.

hopefully one day the chart developers such as Aerosoft and Navigraph allow you to use charts offline without forcing you to update every time
