People walking across the road right through traffic is something I see in all these old videos from 1905-1930. Horses, cars, people dodging each other constantly.

I have a movie editing and making hobby, on top of my flightsimming.  Both occupy tons of time.  I just love these old videos, even though the sound is dubbed in and colours may not be super accurate, they are pretty darn good if I do say so myself, and it brings to life a bygone era, one can just imagine standing on those streets listening and taking in a typical day about town.  Wonderfully done!  I wish I had the very expensive software to remaster old video this well.

thanks for posting.

Always impressed how clean the streets are, and how well dressed everyone is, even those of lowly stature are smart in their workman type clothes.

What an amazing video, such resolution based on film of that time.  I even saw a large saloon car, just like the one my grandparents had when I was little.  That video was taken 11 years before I was born!

It's interesting to see how people were already mature and educated and acted acordingly to society's norms, I think that's why it's one of the popular cities in Englad nowadays, can't imagine a bad town to be like Oxford, even in 100 years...

A mix of old-school charm and forward-thinking vibes. With its fancy university, classic buildings, and brainy vibe, it was probably a pretty cool spot to be
