With community folder emptied, haven't had this problem anymore, I'll have to trace which add-on is causing this.

after a fresh install I might consider to dive into the beta now the tile problem is gone.

You won't regret it, the new ground physics and dx12 fix alone is worth it.

This build seems to have given back the performance robbed by the one before it.

Plus … the windscreen in the Fenix is showing a new (deliberate) “smudge” : a detail not previously present on my setup. Implies … dunno … something changed under the bonnet for implementing DX12?? Maybe linked to the tiles fix?

Yeah the funny thing is that i dont really know what i might be missing. I do hope some FPS hunting even if its just a few 🙂

If you waited till now, you maybe wait for final, that should be very soon, I'm under the impression that this would be the last beta build. But I don't regret joining the beta a month ago at all.

Tempting have been on the alpha and several beta's in the past...

dived in again, can confirm no more tile popping, amazing after all this time.

I hope that this a long beta since no more SU's this year.  But maybe we will be in MSFS 2024 by then.

Nope, that’s a feature of the Fenix. Windows will get dirtier with time.
