Strange, I never play Asetto Corsa or the older Geoff Grammond F1 Grand Prix for the carnage. 😉 Edited May 27, 20242 yr by Farlis
May 27, 20242 yr After 12 years of sim racing on iRacing I changed my racing rig to a flight simulator rig and I don't regret it.

Yes, it's honestly been quite eye opening to me. I think a lot of people believe that we still have vast swathes of nature still untouched, but MSFS really shows how we've left our fingerprint on most of the planet. Even in areas one would consider to be untouched - you can usually find a road and few buildings. And yeah, HUGE areas of the planet are a patchwork of agricultural fields. Europe, for example, is pretty much all either urban areas or rural farms, with very few untouched areas. I also was a sim racer. Played iRacing. But I'm a convert now. As much as I enjoyed sim racing, I definitely have become smitten with the more relaxed nature of flight simming.

Speaking of which, I believe BIng is scheduled to do a significant photo imagery update this year. Does anyone know when this is due?
