Hmmm  So first experience with the PMDG was not as expected...

No visible passengers (not in the plane, not expecting that, no visible passengers boarding) 

184 passengers board in less than 3 minutes

baggage loading wasn't even at 33% when all the passengers were boarded

All of this worked perfectly yesterday prior to the running the FSDT Live Update

Of course no visable passengers will show on seats its only got the Fenix at the minute

same here, pax also purple blocked textures. Might be related to some (custom) freeware FNX320  livs as I did not experience purple textures during my first flight with a livery downloaded through the FNX320 livery manager.

Prior to the update I did see passengers coming down the jetway and through the door of the plane then they disappeared, now there were non at all, neither coming down the jetway or even entering the plane as they did prior.

That could be to do with having the cockpit door shut since that is the trigger to show or not show.

I've never had to do anything with the cockpit door to see boarding passengers in the 737.  This is a new behavior since the update.  I don't even think the cockpit door opens in the 737, I walk through it LOL

Of course. In the Fenix you will not see passengers unless the cockpit door is open. They disappear when you shut it so it could be the same logic. For me I lose about 10FPS but my system can handle it.

Please, with all due respect and not trying to be rude but please stop trying to answer, you are not understanding at all.

I am not talking about the Fenix and I am not talking about passengers in the plane!  I am talking about an issue with the PMDG 737 where there are no longer passengers visible in the jetway during boarding. 

It has NOTHING to do with the Fenix or expecting to see passengers in their seats.  Your responses have nothing to do with what I am talking about.

You aren't understanding what I am trying to say. With the door being locked this could be the issue why they are not showing..... Hence why I mentioned the why it could be the same logic like the Fenix. The logic in the new update mentions if the cockpit door is shut you will not see people.  Obviously Umberto can confirm.

I understand exactly what you are saying and by your logic any plane with a cockpit door that doesn't open will have lost passenger visibility during the boarding process which is obviously not intended.  They wouldn't have broken the boarding process in every other plane to accommodate passengers in seats in the Fenix.

Please, what you are talking about what is specific to Fenix.  I have started a support thread in the FSDT forums.  This back and forth is not helping.

Had a hottie sitting third row, aisle seat making eye contact with me during the boarding, I think she was flirting lol.

Can't blame a guy for trying to help.

Wouldn’t be the first time things like this happen. Welcome to software development.

Does it actually work with custom cabins in the Fenix?

I have the Atrium OE-LBY livery with the custom cabin and I saw passengers entering the plane, going for their seat and then disappear cabin is empty despite open door.

The loading, boarding and refueling, as well as the new models are fine and working.
