I looked at Discord about 30 seconds before I posted my comment..   Here is what I found

Note: Usernames are case sensitive within BeyondATC. You can reset your password with the "forgot my password" button in BeyondATC. If this doesn't work or you created an account without an email please email support@beyondatc.net

Don't feel like posting all related posts here due to probable privacy issues but there are loads of people with problems posting over there. Not sure why you only posted a post from their bot. Maybe you are looking in the wrong channels.

There is only one ATC channel that I know about. It is called ATC-Discussion.. Do you know of another one?

Ah, that must be it. Yes, there are around 19 channels in the BATC Discord (most of them aren't interesting btw). Posts about the login problems are mainly in batc-support.

OK, I found all the other channels now, thanks....Didn't even know they existed.

BTW I said there are 19 but that number includes the supporter's channels so you might see 4 or so less.

My password "issue" was resolved by capitalizing my username at sign on, which is odd. I don't ever remember using a software that would be particular about upper and lower case on the username. Sigh.

I have several users names that are case sensitive.

It finally feels like BATC is coming along. Just completed a flight with the new update and in-flight traffic and this finally feels like a decent product that I couldn't live without. Now they need to focus on the ATC fundamentals, fix the vectoring mess and move along to the next milestone. 

The density sliders for parked, arrivals, departures and in-flight traffic is a nice touch and I always hoped someone would develop it.
