November 7, 20241 yr I remember Seb saying something about the propellors of the A400 actually rotating instead of being an animation. Is this the case with the Albatross as well? The rotation looks very convincing.

November 8, 20241 yr Maybe it was just me, but it was my perception that the engine sounds for each of the aircraft featured were stuttering every few seconds. May all your landings be safe ones! Hugh Costello - NZWN

That was the stream stuttering, not the sim. It also happened occasionally when they were talking. Edited November 8, 20241 yr by Tuskin38
November 8, 20241 yr Couldn't get it to load. Question: does the sim better represent the wiper wiping away the rain properly? I ask because being the pacific north "wet" it rains a lot. 7800+4090+64ram Just Flight RJ, 146 and F28, Piper Arrows ---A2A Aerostar and Comanche---Black Square Starship, Duke(s), TBM, Bonanza/BaronV2, KingAir---FSReborn FSR500---COWS Da42---FX P180, HJet & VJet---FlySimWare Chancellor and LearJet---FlightSimStudio EMB175 &P2006T---Fenix 320---PMDG DC6, 737(700+900), 777---C22J---Milviz Cessna 310 & Porter---SimWorksStudios Kodiak, PC12, Zenith & RV14---BigRadials Goose---IndiaFoxEcho MB3339+F35.

Stream sound was messed up, it was stuttering and echoing (not just sim sounds, but also their voices). It was like someone was using speakers. 😁 9800X3D@H150i // Msi RTX 5090 Trio OC // 64GB DDR5 6000mhz CL30 // 2TB + 1TB Nvme Dell 27" 2127DGF - 1440p - Gsync - 165hz Thrustmaster TCA Sidestick Airbus // TCA Quadrant Airbus // TFRP T.Flight Rudder Pedals // Logitech Flight Multi Panel

Yes, developers can now assign a mask for where water should be removed: https://docs.flightsimulator.com/msfs2024/html/3_Models_And_Textures/Modeling/Aircraft/Airframe/Windshield_And_Windows.htm They can also do things like add scratches to specific areas and even have insect splatter appear over time. The albatross windshield looked awesome. Lots of distortion on the edges. Unfortunately he didn't show the wipers working. 9800X3D@H150i // Msi RTX 5090 Trio OC // 64GB DDR5 6000mhz CL30 // 2TB + 1TB Nvme Dell 27" 2127DGF - 1440p - Gsync - 165hz Thrustmaster TCA Sidestick Airbus // TCA Quadrant Airbus // TFRP T.Flight Rudder Pedals // Logitech Flight Multi Panel
