Still frustrated. One reason I paid extra to get Premium Deluxe was to get the Citation Longitude. It is one of the Premium Deluxe birds. After installation only basic acft show up. I turned off anti-virus and scans and reinstalled still with no luck. Suggestions needed. Longitude has Garmin Avionics similar to the Lear 75 I fly in real life.

Did you go into the library section of Marketplace and look for the gray out drop downs that mention Premium Deluxe (or something like that, I can't remember exactly)?  I found a bunch of planes grayed out that needed to be re-enabled

That worked for me also.

It semi works for me. Enable Premium Deluxe, have some flights then a day or two later I have to re-enable it.

Not sure if you have checked, but It's named Textron Aviation Cessna Citation Longitude.

Polosim, Thanks but my 2024 installation doesn't have enough birds to miss that plus with 10,000 hours in real world business jets, and 3,000 hours in Citations, I can pick a Citation out on sight. I've been through the entire list and no Citation Longitude (C700).

KevinS137, I have looked in the library for grayed drop downs until I'm exhausted with no luck. All I see in the Library is scenery. Nothing grayed out. Appreciate the note though.

I have the Citation to choose - I also don't stream extras I don't use until they get this software sorted out someday

Take a look at this screenshot if it looks like what I have shown and both are checked and saying streaming then its a streaming issue - if one of the two package streams are not checked check it off - good luck

Nice screenshot Rich - exactly what I was going to create to try and help Mike out.

Hopefully that helps Mike, I had the exact same scenario with my Latitude and the Pilatus PC24 (among other planes) and this fixed it.  To add to what Rich posted, if it isn’t already obvious, is you can click those arrows on the right and scroll to each aircraft individually and select them to be streamed and appear in the aircraft list.

Hopefully all this will get straightened out soon

All I show is Base-Content. Longitude msg indicates I need FS-Base-Aircraft-Common. I show nothing but base-content yet I paid for the Premium Deluxe. Frustrating! I find it and check the box yet nothing when I try and select it for a flight.

Well thats crazy - Steam or MS Store - seems you might need to talk to someone where bought it from - it should be there - there's a disconnect somewhere - doesn't seem like a streaming issue now

The whole thing is currently screwed up... we will have to wait for MS to fix their Marketplace catalog.. not much you can do, but wait.

Are you sure that you downloaded the premium deluxe version and not the standard version. I purchased the premium deluxe version and downloaded bout 80% of my 2020 aircraft. just waiting for asobo to release the rest. I have the citation in mi library. Haven't tried it yet though
