US General Aviation Airports

All the USA airports on flightsim.to LOL

The Airport Guys basically do payware for free (they all seem to work in 2024 for me):

Bullfrogsim makes superb regional airports for free

Windhover doesn't seem to be active anymore but has made excellent sceneries for 2020 (they all mostly run in 24)

Danielsjam - same - really nice GA airports

For payware, anything by Verticalsim (I think I own their entire inventory lol)

Pilot's 2NC0 is pretty nice (windhover did a freeware one as well)

UK2000 has done some nice USA GA fields

Astralis Studios - ditto

Dreamflight, almost forgot them!  They have some excellent bizprop/jet destinations!

FlightFX has DPA and PWK - decent fields too!

There's probably more I'm missing

My go-to test flight is a quick jaunt from FlightFX's PWK that Ryan mentioned above, heading east under O'Hare's Bravo airspace, then south along Lake Michigan and landing at UK2000's GYY. Another popular GA airport in a busy airspace is Dreamflight's TEB, just a few minutes NNW of Manhattan.

Highly recommended. Most of his airports have been updated for 2024.

Edit. Oops, already recommended in the first reply 🙄

MSFS 2024 -Too many airplanes to name. Too many airports to name.

For USA, you can also click on USA and sort by most downloads... some of these are ancient but like I said most work in 2024 even if it doesn't specifically say.

I almost forgot one of my favorite freeware, C81, just north of Chicago

I've recently fallen in love with the piston duke.  Anybody recommend any nice payware/freeware airports that I may have overlooked in the USA or carib?

The OrbX Van Nuys offering is a must have imo.

Busiest GA aerodrome in the world and really quite well done.
