May 12, 20251 yr Has anyone checked out the Zinertek Aircraft Lighting addon now in the MP? It is only $7.99, looks very good and affects AI lights also. Not sure if it works with the HJET yet. dd Edited May 12, 20251 yr by Sky_Pilot071
May 13, 20251 yr Zinertek will release the update once SU2 goes into production. Good support from these guys. Mario Di Lauro
May 13, 20251 yr Author I tried it on the HJET in 2024 and the landing and taxi lights work well. No SU2. dd

May 13, 20251 yr People actually buy this stuff? We have Ray traced shadows and 4090’s/5090’s and people are paying 8 dollars for something that shouldn’t be / isn’t needed? I mean to each their own but 8 dollars for lights?! Why can’t Asobo just fix them instead?

Why can’t Asobo just fix them instead? I'm with you on this. Looks like a pretty good effect from Zinertek but Asobo seems like they will never get to some of these issues, blatant though they are. I do think 2020 was like this for many updates, well into a year and a half before some of the "one step forward, two steps back" started to actually feel like steps forward. So I think there is quite a ways to go still on this, unfortunately. I wish they would stop developing these extra planes that most people don't care about because they are so simplistic and instead dedicate more resources to SU updates. Couldn't even care less about the regions yet. AMD 5830X Nvidia RTX 3060 Win 11
