No, not Andor season 2, the somewhat disappointing season...

We are taking about unmanned autonomous combat planes.

Anduril - Flame of the West. I wonder if his online username is Strider?

War just ain't what it used to be.😁

I actually just watched this interview this morning.

This is the future of warfare, IE autonomous drones, planes, tanks, and eventually robot soldiers.

The F-47 is designed to use these autonomous Anduril planes as its "wingmen" in combat.

The future has arrived.

This is all very interesting, but I have a question that I think I have asked before.

Eventually one side of the AI robotic peopless weaponry is going to win.  What happens to the country that loses?  Do they just let the winning country take them over?  Or does the losing country defend itself against being taken over by the winning country by using more conventional weapons in the hands of it's citizens?  Perhaps the National Guards dip into their armories for conventional weapons to drive out the invaders that won the AI robot war.

The tires are worn.  The shocks are shot.  The steering is wobbly.  But the engine still runs fine.

Are cats going to be the pilots?

Once the robots of the losing side were defeated I guess that side would have to deploy people.

😯 How dare you say such a thing. The precious creatures that are felines would never be put in such jeopardy.

But you did mention cats though, and that's a laudable thing to do.
