Not to mention the blobs for trees. Even the taxi way signs are popping in front of you about 30-50 foot from your view 🤦🏼♂️ In fact this video rests my case. It is a perfect example of not only the horrible PG but also the awful LOD. Edit, I’ve just watched it again; it’s everything I’ve been talking about wrong with MSFS, all contained in a short video, so thank you. It’s a visual eyesore, it looks drab, and there are so many objects popping in all over the place it’s actually distracting. Not to mention the ghosting of the traffic. Yes I understand that when flying IFR you may not be focused on that stuff, but, once you’ve noticed it you can’t unsee it. I am so use to MSFS 2024 PG scenery being created right before your eyes in real time, that I don't even notice this anymore. June 2, 20251 yr So Burbank is a stock airport? Looks really good. Runway signage does pop in but that’s nothing to do with PG is it? Not sure what’s ‘drab’ about it. It’s a bunch of nondescript modern grey boxes….like most places in North America since the early eighties.

PS But here's the thing. It seems to me, and maybe I'm mistaken, that over the years the fidelity of the landscapes have changed. When 2020 released all was crisp and vibrant but in 2024 not so much. I have sublime smoothness with 2024 but I think at the expense of visual quality. I may be wrong but I don't think I am. Edited June 2, 20251 yr by jarmstro
