December 10, 2025Dec 10 I will be installing the tried and trusted Nvidia graphics drivers that I have been using with MSFS 2020. I do not need any of the fancy DLSS/framegen stuff, so I do not require the very latest drivers. No, I'm using the driver settings near to default, just the FR thing and the Rebar disabled (here FS24 like the Rebar off so much). Never had similar flickering with previous Nvidia drivers, but in the official forum there are other users that have this problem. Missing the PMDG DC6 in MSFS 2024 (she's here, but...).
January 7Jan 7 Beginning to think the Nvidia App and DLSS stuff is baloney, updated drivers to latest, updated settings as advised, do not see any change in either MSFS or MSFS 24' at all, both still have bad AA and shimmering.

You have some issue with your settings. Have you tried resetting everything to default? Use DDU to uninstall, it will wipe any settings that may be interfering 9800X3d, 4090, 64 GB DDR5 6000 RAM, 4 TB NVME (2x2), 4K Ultra + Framegen
January 7Jan 7 Until such time as the Nvidia App filters work in MSFS 2024, I will refrain from installing the app. I don’t find it helpful to change drivers frequently, and when a new driver provides any benefit for MSFS, it is a simple process to download and install them manually. Rich
