AFAIK, emailed codes to authorize PMDG purchases are no longer a part of the process since OC2 was depreciated and replaced with OC3. Nowadays when you buy PMDG it just shows up in OC3 to install. A ticket may be in your best interests here. Blue skies,

Yes as btacon said, there are no more keys via email. Just log into OC3 with your PMDG account

Every time I log into OC3 I get a code by e-mail and then enter the code to finish the log in.

Yesterday that is what happened.

I think the OP is referring to the two factor authenticatioin code that is sent to the user email account when first logging with OC3. On my system at least, this only happened the first time after I installed OC3 because, there seems to be no need to log in again. In other words, so long as I don't log out of OC3, it doesn't require a new 2FA code.

So perhaps we should ask if the OP logs out of OC3 after each use. If so, why?

I log out of the Ops center 3 when finished doing what I am doing.

Next time I log in I get sent a new Code to enter.

I had to do a support ticket, and then the code was finally sent, so by the time I got a reply it was already fixed.

It took more than an hour for it to show up. And I checked my spam folders

It has never taken more than 30 seconds for me (at my location and e-mail address) to get the CODE.

Why not try it again now to verify ?

I can try next time I open the operations app. But yea, that was just weird. It took ages for me to get the code. Long enough for me to want to submit a ticket.

There is no point in logging out of the Ops Centre. Just close it when you're finished and when you next launch it, it logs you in securely and automatically, so you can install products and liveries. Why would anyone want and choose to have to get codes by email, instead of being logged in automatically, and being able to use it straight away.
