    If you haven't done it already, try limiting your FPS to 30. Your system should be able to handle FS9 nicely.

    That looks really nice. I see one flying into my local airport from time to time that's been converted to carry cargo. I'll be getting it soon.

    I went from 1600 9-9-9-24 to 1866 8-8-8-24 2t helped eliminate any micro stutters I had. Now FSX runs incredibly fluid. It's not a huge jump but it works for me...and yes ORBX NZSI scenery is jaw dropping.

    Fantastic service from P3D. I emailed them about my intentions as I was about to build my new rig and got a reply the next day that the activation is all good to go, just as I was putting the final pieces together. Can't get any smoother than that. Nice one P3D!

    OK thanks Ben.I'll have a think about it. I'm also keeping my options open for the 2011 socket along with the 3930K instead. Oh well, back to the drawing board. As for the GPU I haven't had the chance to play around with it in FSX yet to see what's it like. Hopefully it's not too bad.

    I'm tempted to go IVB as I already have a Gen 3 GPU. Do you think this is going to give me a performance boost based on what I already have in my sig? Gary

    I also use the Logitech 3D and have the same choppy issue. Change to 16 proved to be better but was still getting that lagging feel until I tried 1.000000. This gives me the best result. Now it feels just as fluid as when using the mouse. BTW don't know if MS tweaked the performance on the update but on my rig the sim feels a lot smoother with less "hitching" when over dense bush or during sharp turns like I used to get.

    i7 875K@4Ghz with 8Gigs 1600Mhz ram along with a GTX580. Flight on max settings and it's smooth...so smooth.

    While I'm using Tackir I can't seem to view left & right using the stick when in spot view. I have to turn my head in order for it to work even though I can move up & down. Is there any solution to this? Thanks

    Thanks for your help Jim. Just one more thing. I've noticed that ASA tried to connect 6 times to your server switching between primary & secondary before connecting. Not a big deal as once connected the product works as it should. Just wondering if is this normal. Thanks again for a great product & your excellent customer support. :(

    Hi. I've recently upgraded my PC. Now ASA keeps asking for activation.I bought the ASA upgrade version.Working fine on the old PC. Using SP1 as well. Let me know what other information you need. Cheers
