You could also use a program called "steamMover.exe". Its a free program that is used for the steamplatform. All games you download there need to be in a specified folder and sooner or later your drive will be full. You then can use SteamMover te move the actual folder, but W7 stil "thinks" it it is in the same place. SteamMover is used to create junctionpoints and works fine with any folder you want to move. Thanks for your help. I assumed that because the title of the failure is "EDP1 HYD LEAK" that the leakage would be in the yellow part of your schematic. So i expected 20% remaining fluid. regards Jos

Yes it says the EDP and its accosiated lines. Do you suppose the fluid is lost because the system is still presurrised by the electric pump?If that is so why would it stop the when the EDP is switched off?regards Jos

Hello All,If i understood right from the AoA hydraulics lesson and FCOM, the standpipe in system A reservoir would prevent the loss of all fluid in case of a leak in the engine driven pump system. There should be about 20% left in the tank, so the electric pump would still keep the system pressurised.However in the PMDG 737NGX, if i program the "EDP1 HYD LEAK" failure, the fluid quantity will slowly decrease to 20%, then a warning is triggerd, because the pressure in the EDP pump system is low. That is ok, but after that the amount of fluid will go back to 0%Also when on the ground with no engines running (EDP on, but it is not spinning) the same failure will also leak fluid with only the electric pump running. When i switch off the not running EDP the leakage will stop.is that correct?

Hi that didn't work for me. When i let FSX rebuild the FSX.CFG it already crashes in the preview window (only when i select the J41). I restored the "old" FSX.CFG and the problem is exactly as before.So maybe it has something to do with the CFG file?regards JAR

HelloI also have the "same" problem. The sim crashes (fatal error occurred) when the flight is started. It also does that when i try to change to the J41 in flight.I am using Vista 64 and i am also seeing deflected surfaces in the preview window. Hello JimI moved the wake turbulence slider to 0, but this did not help.I found that when i start fsx after ASA is running it will not depict the weather to FSX. When i start ASA after FSX starts it does.In the log file you can see that the first connection to FSX works fine (1 FSX 2 ASA) and after the second connection nothing happens (so it seems) (1 ASA 2 FSX)I then changed the download interval too force a new download, but after that there was no depiction to FSXI had FSUIPC installed and i removed it. I am running vista 64regards JAR

Hello Terry,Thanks for your help. Its clear to me now.I was asking this because i am writing a tool that lets you edit or create procedure files. Your PMDG tutorial is very helpfull for this. This tool is already working, but needs a lot of testing. Also i am a bit worried about copyright issues, because a lot of procedure files contain some notes about that in the comments.regards JARSorry for the bad english, but its not my native language

Hi Bryan,When te PNF is checking the controls i only hear him say "centre" the controls are not moving either.The manual says that you have the choice to select heading select with the green button and vnav with the red button after takeoff.heading select works fine but when i press the red button just after 400 feet noting happens?Am i missing something?thanks JAR

I would like to add,It is not "just" the tiller gauge. The plane is turning to the left when commanded with the tiller and returns to straigt when the tiller returns to the center. It does not respond to the right arrow after the center positionJAR

Hi,I have setup the keys with the left and right arrow. The tiller will go to the left with the left arrow and back to center with te right arrow, but it won't go to the right (it stops at the center.)I have tried other keys with the same resultAny suggestions?thanks alotJAR

Hi here,i have noticed that, when in replay, the advanced animations de not work. For instance watching an approach from an outside view show the wings in "on ground" position, the reversers do not show and the wheelbogeys are level.Everything is fine in real time.Is this a known issue or am i doing something wrong?Sorry for my englishregards JAR
