  1. Including content folders is planned for a future release. Alex
  2. Please do not post *and* send me an email as indicated on the LNM contact page. This only causes additional work and confusion. Here is my answer in the email: Alex
  3. Ok. Hope the reinstallation helps. In some cases the whole Roaming folder had wrong permissions and users needed to create a new account. Alex
  4. This one? I see no issues here. Bearing and distance are updated while flying. You can send me your configuration file (C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Roaming\ABarthel\little_navmap.ini) since the error can be caused by a certain combination of settings: https://albar965.github.io/contact.html Do not attach the file here. Alex
  5. No problems here.🤷‍♂️ LNM uses whatever the aircraft developer placed in the .acf file or what is given through X-Plane datarefs. Reg is often not given and the same for different liveries. You can fix this yourself (from https://www.littlenavmap.org/manuals/littlenavmap/release/2.8/en/AIRCRAFTPERFEDIT.html#x-plane 😞 A321_perfs.txt ? This is not an X-Plane file. Neither it is LNM related. Alex
  6. Hi Trevor, good it is working now. I've got your log file and I'm digging through the screen placement code. No idea yet what/if something is wrong there. Alex
  7. Hi Trevor, C:/Users/Username/Documents/Little Navmap does not store databases and settings. To do a total reset you have to remove (or rename to have a backup) the folder "ABarthel" here: C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Roaming\ABarthel . You can send me the log file if this does not help (https://albar965.github.io/contact.html). Maybe I can see something in it. Alex
  8. It's either really open or some remains from closing it forcibly are still around. Look for littlenavmap.exe in the task manager and close it from there. Alternatively restart the system. Start LNM from the installation folder. Looks like the link on the task manager is broken. Maybe points to a wrong or old installation. Uninstalling is done by just deleting the installation folder. Settings are stored in another place (C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Roaming\ABarthel). Maybe you problem is related to this: https://albar965.github.io/littlenavmap-faq.html#start-monitor Alex
  9. It still follows the map but in a different way. See here https://www.littlenavmap.org/manuals/littlenavmap/release/2.8/en/FLIGHTPLANCENTER.html and here https://www.littlenavmap.org/manuals/littlenavmap/release/2.8/en/OPTIONS.html#aircraft-center-options You can customize a lot there. Alex
  10. LNM keeps the zoom while flying if you disable "Center map on aircraft and next flight plan waypoint" in options on page "Simulator Aircraft".
  11. Normally LNM opens on the last screen where it was closed. The program puts the window back to the main screen if it detects an off-screen situation which can happen after disconnecting a monitor. It also remembers if the window was maximized. That's at least how it's working here on my flying computer. It always reopens on the second screen in maximize state. Did you accidentally check "Load window layout from last used file" in options on page "Startup and Updates" by any chance? Or did you enable the full screen mode if the toolbar is not visible? Press F11 or uncheck "Toggle fullscreen mode" in menu "Window". Alex
  12. Online aircraft are already visible far out. I can adjust the zoom levels. Can you post an image with before after +1?
  13. Yes. This is one catch. I added this since (virtual) helicopter pilots asked for it. Alex
  14. Too high detail setting maybe. Ctrl+Mousewheel, Ctrl++/Ctrl+- or menu -> "Map" -> "More/less Detail". Alex
  15. Yes. Zoom settings changed since 2.8.1.beta. On-ground aircraft are removed above a certain zoom to avoid map clutter. Also smaller aircraft an ship traffic is removed above a certain zoom. Alex
  16. The page for psxseecontraffic says "aircraft are visible in LittleNavMap". I did not change anything in the last releases regarding traffic. Did you see traffic before SU11? Maybe SU11 broke it (like a lot of other stuff). If AI is enabled in the view menu of LNM and in the connection dialog it should normally show up. Alex
  17. What sim and what LNM version? Some traffic add-ons cause issues and do not provide aircraft information on the X-Plane TCAS interface or on MSFS SimConnect. Nothing I can do about this. I'd contact the add-on authors if it does not work. Alex
  18. As far as I can see it can load the MSFS PLN format. Alex
  19. You're welcome. Let us know how its going. I'd normally recommend a sim re-installation as last resort but I'm afraid this is one of these cases. But try to fix the permissions first. Alex
  20. This. I just picked a random folder as an example. You should have ownership (click "Advanced") and full access to the folders. Alex
  21. You should really update if notified by LNM when using betas. I fixed plenty of bugs since 2.8.0.beta. Looks ok to me. Does "F:\WpSystem\S-1-5-21-3341711372-3885855260-1859407808-1001\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Packages" now contain the "Community" and "Official" folders? Might be a permission problem if yes.
  22. Do you use the 64-bit version of LNM? You can find this in window title bar. Maybe some paths are too long. More than 256 characters which is a limitation for some windows programs but normally LNM has no such limitation. Where is the file "UserCfg.opt" in your simulator installation and what is the last line in this file? Alex
  23. Thank you! I merged your topic withe the big maps for LNM one and quoted your post in the original post. Alex
