  1. Thank you very much! This helps a lot. Looks like an old bug which reappeared. Here is a copy of my answer in case others run into this problem: Alex
  2. Igitt! I hate crashes. Can you put the log aside and send it to me (https://albar965.github.io/contact.html)? Just tried here and cannot reproduce this. Maybe the log file contains a message. I took note of the userpoint names/coordinates export. Have to see when I can add this. Alex
  3. It does not make sense to use old versions. There were a lot of bug fixes since 2.8.0.beta. See here for possible solutions: Alex
  4. Does the status bar show "Connected"? Sitting in the cockpit in the simulator (aircraft does not show if the sim is still in the opening screen)? Does the aircraft progress tab show any information? Aircraft display enabled in menu "View" -> "Show user aircraft"? Also note that Asobo broke the active pause functionality with SU11. Using this results in a lost connection until the simulator is restarted. Use the pause button on the toolbar as a workaround. Maybe you also have to install the MS redistributables which can cause this: https://albar965.github.io/littlenavmap-faq.html#no-simconnect Alex
  5. I can add this as an option for IVAO/VATSIM export but all other tools won't be able to deal with this if the names are not in the navdatabases. Using this in general would break a lot of add-ons which have no idea about the names. Alex
  6. This is a different issue. The OP talks about the user aircraft icon. What simulator do you use and what heliports show up wrong? Alex
  7. I see. Yes, you have to import the POIs as CSV into the LNM userpoint database. LNM does not read the POIs from the scenery library. Thank you for the links! Good stuff.🙂 Alex
  8. Sry, LNM cannot do anything to avoid this. This is a GTN issue or maybe even realistic behavior. Alex
  9. MORA is not taken from the GLOBE data since MORA is official values from the navdata. The MORA grid is not available when using "Do not use Navigraph Database" in the scenery library menu since navdata cannot be mixed. Alex
  10. Do you have a download link for the wildlife ones? Maybe the POI type is disabled in the menu button? Alex
  11. Maybe the space in your userid is an issue. Try the pilot ID which seems to be a number only. I wrote a chapter in the user manual that describes how to get user and pilot ID: https://www.littlenavmap.org/manuals/littlenavmap/release/2.8/en/LOADSIMBRIEF.html#how-to-get-the-login-information This might be a bug in LNM which can not deal with the space. Will check. Alex Edit: I removed your user name from the post. Maybe better not post information like this in the public.
  12. If somebody has a link to the magical SDK circumventing the DRM I might consider it. Probably. The official SDK download and documentation has no such API as far as I can see. Alex
  13. The API I've seen does not provide this information. No idea what they are doing. Frankly, I'm not really keen to jump through hoops for their Digital Restriction Management. This all is not an issue with FSX, P3D and X-Plane. Alex
  14. Sorry, no. LNM cannot even detect if there is an airport in there or not. 🤷‍♂️ Alex
  15. The light gray airport boundary? This is most likely an airport developer using apron/taxiway structures in a wrong way for something else. You can try to disable "Aprons" in LNM options on page "Map Display Labels" in branch "Airport details". Also check if "Boundary" is off there. Alex
  16. I cannot create a mark around the airports because LNM does can not even detect an airport (or is it an aircraft or a mission?) for these encrypted things. Adding yellow circles manually is planned for a future LNM version but not very soon. Best workaround so far is to place a userpoint on top of the airport symbol. Alex
  17. Hi Dane, you probably used active pause which is broken in the sim since SU11. Already reported to Asobo. Use the key Esc for normal pause or click the toolbar button for pause to avoid these problems. Alex
  18. After email exchange for others who run into similar issues: The solution was to exclude the loading of the folder "C:/Program Files (x86)/Addon Manager/MSFS/fsdreamteam-gsx-world-of-jetways" to the add-on exclusion (lower box in options on page "Scenery Library Database"). GSX adds jetways to the airports which is not relevant to LNM but tricks LNM into thinking that an airport add-on was loaded. You can easily check this for an airport in the information window on tabs airport -> overview and then section "Data Sources" at the bottom. The last entry not from path "Official" determines if it is an add-on or not. Alex
  19. You can also use the toolbar button to pause. This keeps the connection as well. Only Asobo can fix this. I reported this already a long time ago. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Alex
  20. All airports not in fs-base-genericairports, fs-base and fs-base-nav are considered add-ons by LNM. Do all airports show as add-on or only some? Can you give me examples? Do you use links, shortcuts, mapped drives or a scenery manager? Do not exclude "Official" in LNM. This will drop all procedures and other airport features. Also clear all entries in LNM options on page "Scenery Library Database". If all else fails: Can you load the scenery library and then send me the log file (https://albar965.github.io/contact.html)? Alex
  21. This is some anti-virus or other "security measures" of Windows blocking the file. I'm afraid I cannot help much. Solution depends on Windows version, installed anti-virus and settings. Alex Edit: This might help: https://mywindowshub.com/how-to-unblock-a-file-in-windows-10/
  22. Sorry, I don't understand. Aircraft center an zoom or dock windows? Maybe a better description or a screenshot can help. Alex
