  1. Well.. Not in the list now, it really looks similar, but as usual in such cases, there are a lot of differences invisible from first sight.. Her panel looks cool indeed, I will think about it 🙂
  2. Hello everyone! Glad to see such an interest! Indeed, I'm from Novosibirsk, Russia. But from May 2022 live in Budva, Montenegro. ATSimulations is a Montenegrin company right now, tax resident of this small country, probably temporary, not sure. FB is available here, but unfortunately I have no time to support it right now. So, we are more than alive, set a light into three WIP projects a week ago, check it out on our site. Probably you'll find that the roots of the projects are from Sibwing's times, but graphics are totally redone from scratch with new standards. Stay tuned! Andrey
  3. Yes, exactly. Still long way to go - no animation, no reflection, no bumps etc, but we are very positive - it will be done, no doubts about it.
  4. This is P-51 from Acceleration, I know it for sure.. no idea why they didn't used its cockpit too.
  5. Just two screenshots, Altai mountains - Siberia, Russia. FSX mesh 100, mesh resolution 1m. Coordinates are on the screen you may check yourself. I do belive Outerra engine is future of VFR flight simulation, we need to help Outerra guys make it true.
  6. Yep, mine Thrustmaster Afterburner is working okay with their cessna, however rudder and throttle axles were visa-versa at starr... And "change view" leverlit isn't working..
  7. Mustang in Flight have no cockpit (yet!?)...
  8. Ahh sorry me, didn't got that it downloading from Internet.Anyway without bumps, chrome, clouds and with only type of trees Outerra provides atmosphere which could hardly meet in FSX.
  9. I'm totally agree! However were playing just one hour :) And already ready to develop "Beaver" for this beauty :) - So content isn't problem for community.P.S. I could recognize places in Altai mountains (Siberia, center of Russia) This wasn't happens with FSX no with Flight. And its only 200mb content.. amazing!!!
  10. Not, but contains not bed cessna 172, even with 3d gauges ;)If Outerra team will use moment we could have nice sim platform.
  11. So did you heard something about FS 11 development ? ;) For most is obvious that Flight is continue of FS series, it will not be something else on this way in nearest future (5 years or so). So we should live with this... I'm as third part developer couldn't live with this and need to look for way out... However is the way to hire into MS :)
  12. Wikipedia says three of them... anyway it's not good enough for serious simulator as we imagine it. But who knows maybe tomorrow Google or EA or company like this will bought them and we'll have nice alternative... just dreaming :)
  13. Really one !? Hmm.. he is very cool! Those people should work in MSGS for FS12, lol... You are right, lot of things would be add starting with clouds and finishing with that SDK...P.S. Going out from Outerra - We are (3rd part developers for MS FS) in strange situation now, not nice, but hope not death... MS loved us with FSX and throw out with FLIGHT. What to do ? Stay with FSX, wait for FLIGHT SDK, switch platform, switch the job... that's hard choice...
  14. True, but physics of their Tatra looks quite good to me, not airplane, but shows that guys understand what they do. Besides, if they would open it for 3rd part developers, make good SDK (as MS did for FSX) with such FLIGHT (mean "closed" ) it will be 100% success for sure.
  15. Let me add one more - Outerra - so far looks very cool and perspective Whole world is included, so very it is good platform for seriouse avia simulator. I plan to bought it soon (beta stage now) and try to convert our FSX aircraft into.
  16. I tried, no luck yet... A lot of things changed, beside FLIGHT check file changes on start, so it's impossible even to install repaints for A-5... I hope MS understand that without good SDK this platform will have no future... Add-ons always did the sim.
  17. No idea is it because of my setting, my grafic card or it's "step down" from FSX, but my pilots looks like statues... no hands, no heads moving at all... But it was even "skin" animation and eyes blink in FSX...Everyone have the same ?And one more, not to stand up two times ) - is any chance for SDK ? Did MS says something about it ? This is question of "life and death" for small teams like ours..Thanks,Andrey Tsvirenko
  18. Fix please "Download Size: 71 MB"
  19. Hello all!Just found this topic with Google :) It was me who done much graphics work for Bird Dog :( Thank you all for kind words! Now Pitts Special in progress, expected to be not less interesting :)Couple more screens are here: http://forum.sibwings.com/viewtopic.php?f=23&t=453&start=40 What do you mean, Steve ? Is one intricacy there - you need to press central small tune knob with middle mouse button to change units (same as on real radio ;))Andrey
  20. Sorry, Mike, recognize you wrong ;) Someone "Gary" post same link in my topic on FSDev, I decide he is you.As for union, this moment I prefer to grow project as independent. However if you feel we could be useful for each other connect me via e-mail or PM.
  21. Even facebook wasn't new idea ;) As I told you on FSDev the concepts are different a bit. Our site include info about all FSX airports and possibility to add info about project related. You are going from the other side, marking on map FS airports add-ons. Anyway both concepts have chance to live. Besides your site is just Russian this moment, right ? Anyway if you want we discuss your project - create separate thread ;)Andrey
  22. Sorry do not got the problem... My English isn't great :( On picture I see that you must select image which will be project "face" on your PC or anywhere on web, then press "upload" to make sure image is okay in it's parameters. Btw I fix the date you ask.Andrey
  23. I think same reason avsim do not want to post news about sites. However I'm not sure. Need to explain, this moment project is totally noncommercial, we even have no advertisement on site pages, at all. Service done by FS fans for FS fans, just to make life easy. When I go to FSX and choose random airport or land somewhere on random airport I want to know two things: -1 How it looks like in reality. -2 Is some ways to improve FS default (in other words did someone do this airport for FS or not)To answer both this questions http://FSAirport.net is done for. Pretty same about http://FSAircraft.netOf course the idea is quite perspective, in future it will be file library, on-line store, reviews, news and awards host. But it's very long time and much work perspective.Orbx projects are here: http://fsairport.net/developers/Orbx I see no problem if you or anyone else add all Orbx projects left, collect interesting videos, screens and reviews about them. Thank you for your interest!Andrey
  24. Yes, it's possible, to add airport I need to know:Airport IDAirport NameAirport Class: (B, C or D)CityStateCountryAltitude in meters.Runways list: (length/width in meters. and it's Surface (HARD, SOFT, WATER, SNOW)Coordinates in format: 40.340384357, -74.854331017
  25. It's here http://fsairport.net/2NJ3 if you'll check default FSX list the name of the airport contain slashes too, why - I have no idea... this is the reason of incorrect work of finder, will try to find out, thanks for catch.Andrey
