March 27, 20224 yr Hi! A few days ago I tried to contact ATsimulation via EMail ([email protected]) because I have a problem with missing pilots in external view in the P149 and the cricri. E-Mails came back with an error-message (Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender / Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 550 No Such User Here). I went to their facebook page and the last post there seems to be from christmas 2021. Anybody know something about their status? TIA
March 27, 20224 yr Commercial Member I don't know about ATsimulations status, but about your problem with missing pilot on external view, you can try this solution: ' You may set the weight for passengers in the MSFS load management tab. A corresponded fugue will be hidden or shown depending on the value. '

TIA I believe Andrey Tsvirenko is Russian and AT Simulations is located in Novosibirsk, Siberia ? Not 100% sure on that, someone correct me if that is wrong. The issue is probably more to do with Putin's firewall rather than with the company themselves. Edited March 27, 20224 yr by Glenn Fitzpatrick

The pilot/copilot have been invisible for some time now, since SU7 if I remember correctly, but ATS has never responded or updated. . -Bob
March 28, 20224 yr With respect, despite them making one of my very favorite aircraft (the An-2 in P3D) they have perennially been awful at communication. This may be for a new reason, but it’s not new behavior. Best- Carl Avari-Cooper
March 28, 20224 yr Quite possibly, but the current Russian ban/block of Facebook/Twitter is a bit outside their control. However one would assume a VPN would get around that. No idea on email, you would also assume that is still getting through. Who knows. Edited March 28, 20224 yr by Glenn Fitzpatrick

March 28, 20224 yr I contacted him 3 months back via the info email with ref. to my original P149 exe file not running anymore, and inability to re-install the plane. Andrey replied within a working day and provided me with a new link to download an updated exe. As we should expect, all went easy back during happier days, probably not so today... March 28, 20224 yr Author Thx for the answers, guys. A ban/block would explain the email problem. Their site has no details who they are and where they are located so that they are perhaps russian never came to my mind. I really love especially the the P149 and it would be a shame if this issue can't be fixed. Well, maybe some day in the future....

Glad to see such an interest! Indeed, I'm from Novosibirsk, Russia. But from May 2022 live in Budva, Montenegro. ATSimulations is a Montenegrin company right now, tax resident of this small country, probably temporary, not sure. FB is available here, but unfortunately I have no time to support it right now. So, we are more than alive, set a light into three WIP projects a week ago, check it out on our site. Probably you'll find that the roots of the projects are from Sibwing's times, but graphics are totally redone from scratch with new standards. Stay tuned! Andrey

August 16, 20232 yr I've loved the P.149 so great to see so many new projects in the pipeline 🙂 Though just to be cheeky after you release the Cessna O-1 Bird Dog, any change of doing the SIAI-Marchetti SM.1019 Turboprop version ? 😉
