  1. I have the same trouble. Knobs and switches in the sim work but the display doesn't change. EDIT: Mine started to work......don't know why........
  2. What you are looking for is lumped in with the overhead engine start functions: "Overhead Engine start" Enjoy! Phil
  3. I figured this out earlier and was about to post the same findings. I am now flying the new NGXu exclusively and everything is working just fine! Thanks! Enjoy! Phil
  4. For test purposes I turned off my MCP2 leaving just my Thrustmaster HOTAS and two assignments: Assigned: Joystick switch 20 NGX APU on and switch 21 NGX APU start I then started the sim and then LINDA. I stopped the Logging Session after a number of errors printed all the same. Here's a partial copy: ------------ NEW LOGGING SESSION - LINDA 3.0.12.811 -------------- LUA: "D:\Program Files\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4\Modules\linda/system/init.lua": killed ### Blocked: attempt made to change LogOptions via 3400, data 0x0001 FSUIPC logging bit cleared: 2 ### Blocked: attempt made to change LogOptions via 3400, data 0x0401 FSUIPC logging bit set: 10 ### Blocked: attempt made to change LogOptions via 3400, data 0x0001 FSUIPC logging bit cleared: 6 [E] *** LUA Error: ...D v4\modules\linda/aircrafts/PMDG 737NGX/actions.lua:344: attempt to compare nil with number [E] *** LUA Error: ...D v4\modules\linda/aircrafts/PMDG 737NGX/actions.lua:344: attempt to compare nil with number [E] *** LUA Error: ...D v4\modules\linda/aircrafts/PMDG 737NGX/actions.lua:344: attempt to compare nil with number [E] *** LUA Error: ...D v4\modules\linda/aircrafts/PMDG 737NGX/actions.lua:344: attempt to compare nil with number [E] *** LUA Error: ...D v4\modules\linda/aircrafts/PMDG 737NGX/actions.lua:344: attempt to compare nil with number [E] *** LUA Error: ...D v4\modules\linda/aircrafts/PMDG 737NGX/actions.lua:344: attempt to compare nil with number [E] *** LUA Error: ...D v4\modules\linda/aircrafts/PMDG 737NGX/actions.lua:344: attempt to compare nil with number Please ignore the strike through lines. I don't know how or why they are there in the post. They do not appear in the raw copy. Phil
  5. I may be missing something but the module does not work for me. Sorry, a couple of things do work but not the complete suite. Am I supposed to disable something or otherwise make a change? I'm running W10 and P3D v4.5. Thanks! Phil
  6. New ADIRU code works great. Thanks!!
  7. Re-downloaded and installed module. Now working! BETA REPORT: ADIRU assignment inop.
  8. Everything seems to work EXCEPT nothing works in the sim. LINDA indicates the proper aircraft and indicates a proper sync. Other aircraft (like the PMDG NGX) work just fine. Renamed the default config files as instructed. I'm probably doing something wrong but I can't figure out what it is. Any suggestions are welcome.
  9. For those who have purchased the 737NGX and J41 but not the T7, is there a way to obtain the OC without buying the T7?
  10. More info: Since my last post I have installed FSDT's JFK2; Ft. Lauderdale and Zurich as well as Flightbeam's Phoenix. Still no issues. Those of us who have experienced this problem have reported (I think) that the T7 was running normally for a significant period and then failed sometime within the past three weeks or so. There is also a thread in the General section indicating a failure of the 737NGX where FSX would not close normally when the 737NGX was loaded; the user had to use Task Manager to close FSX. I had that same problem when my T7 failed. I'm just wondering if perhaps there was a Windows Update during the past month that has caused this issue for all of us???? I don't know how to test this theory. Hmmmm.....
  11. As a data point, since my re-install of FSX I have re-installed the following "stuff": FSDT Hawaii; Los Angeles; Las Vegas; Dallas/Ft. Worth; Chicago; GSX Flightbeam San Francisco and Dulles Ultimate Traffic set at 40% UTX GEX AS2012 EZDok Camera All PMDG products Also re-tuned FSX using Bojote' Altuve's tool located here: http://www.venetubo.com/fsx.html No issues so far. My system specs noted in my signature block.
  12. To be clear: I did NOT re-install W7 OS, only FSX (bad enough, I know). Took about eight (8) manhours total. Looking back it was worth the time; relocated FSX out of the "Program Files (x86)" as recommended and cleaned out a bunch of "junk" accumulated over the years in the sim. Again, Good Luck!
  13. Dennis - I had this exact same problem. I submitted a ticket and after going through all of the suggestions made by PMDG, I wound up doing a complete re-install of FSX. That fixed the problem and cleaned out a bunch of old stuff in the sim that I had forgotten about. I had narrowed the problem down to an apparent .dll conflict but could not determine which one. If you decide to do an FSX re-install, there is a helpful KB article in the PMDG Support section. Here's the link: http://support.precisionmanuals.com/KB/a87/how-to-uninstall-and-reinstall-fsx.aspx Good luck!
  14. Have you started either the APU or engines?
  15. Unfortunately, I've had to re-install FSX and am in the process of adding programs back. I've installed FSX in a non-default location and my question is how do I tell Linda where to look for it? (LINDA is still looking in the default location when I try to connect MCP Combo II) Thanks! Phil
