I love topcat, I wonder if they make a profile for the ngx if it will be able to load the fuel into the aircraft, as far as I know pmdg is the only aircraft that will not take topcats fuel load with the send button.

Come on I know I got one of them KMDW to KTPA or KBUF to KTPA

Hey Jack if we are all flying to the same destination I think my first question would be how to properly execute a holding pattern, never have actually had to do it online when it counts

Actually Jeff it was more empathy then sarcasm, you know how many times an AI aircraft has ruined a perfect flight, I would love to see a ATC based program that could dictate to AI instead of a program making a decision based on what AI are doing. I hate when AI taxi into me or just line up on the runway as I'm about to land, lets not even talk about what varible winds can do at a major airport like KORD, pure chaos, so unless a developer can tap into that AI engine or whatever controls AI and or create its own AI so it can control it as Pete mentioned its just an inconvenience of flying with AI. Maby flight will include an sdk for AI and atc programs, who knows.

Im thinking the 800 will be the base pack from their you will have to purchase the other models for a certain price, I do not expect to get everything for 80 to 90 dollars, and if this is what it takes to get a 600 to fly like a 600 and a 700 to fly like a 700 etc etc.... then its worth its weight in gold. Plus I hope that the NGX is the cash cow(I new this emoticon would come in handy someday) that will keep their employees focused and motivated to continue producing top of the line aircraft. Im sure PMDG are'nt aiming for the break even marker on this one, people needs to get paid for their years of hard work.

I'll be the guy that connects on the active runway, I hope I can start things up with ctrl e. But on a serious note it would be cool to coordinate something, probably the best way is to start a thread over at vatsim or ivao, maby a FIR or ARTCC will be fully staffed for this.

This is great and its nice to see an approximation of release but I'm going to keep this in the back of my head, "I want to be very specific in making the following clear: Our beta team is working EXTREMELY hard to find problems in the software- and if they find anything that gives us concern, the dates might shift slightly...." So if it is released on 4 Aug or sooner its a bonus. Congrats guys.

No atc program will ever control AI aicraft in fsx or fs9 so get used to it.

I would hold off for a bit, the developer says he working on a new version which won't be a free upgrade and it possible that it may be a more user friendly application, but the ezdok forum is pretty dead so who knows what the deal is.

I think I have it figured out, their are games like Airline Sim for one (google it to find out more) where you run your own airline and you can compete with others, now it sounded great, but I always thought it would be amazing if they could somehow tie flight simulator into the game. Maby this is what Simair is, if so I would be in so fast. And just for a bonus guess I would also imagine it would also be subscription based. Am I getting close????

Hey Rick I had the same problem over a year ago, to tell you the truth it just went away, I use REX 2 and EZDOK right now with the MD11 and their is no problem, one thing you might try is changing your windows theme, I just use the Windows Classic theme, when you do this you should check in the control panel under mouse click the pointers tab and make sure there is a check iin the box that says "Allow themes to change mouse pointers, this does not look the prettiest but it might be the solution, also is your rex up to its current version? Im just not sure what cured it for me, but I remember it being very frustrating.

Hey guys I tried demo version5 about a year ago, one thing that bothered me were the callsigns, for example my flight # would be UAL 465 and instead of saying United 465 I would have to say Uniform Alpha Lima 465, Im not really sure if I was doing something wrong or if this is just one of the things that you have to deal with. Is this the same in version 6? And I really wish some of you voxatc 6 experts with the voice packs would make a video and put it on the tube. All I see is version 5 videos? Looks interesting to say the least.

I just took this thing out of the hanger again and I still get blown away, if you can run the pmdg 747 you can run this, its much easier on the fps, don't forget after you purchase it you can go to the members area and their is a Virtual Cockpit upgrade its called Andre folkers VC Mod, it makes the VC look alot better, also don't forget to DL the Winglet version aswell.

Christopher before you go chasing the white rabbit trying to solve this thing here are my results, I have suffered from the gd3.dll error since buying all the NA sceneries a few months ago, never had them before this. They don't just happen in PMDG aircraft but in the RealAir Duke, IFly and LevelD, these are the only AC I fly. Now my system is OC'ed but I ran Prime95 for 16 hrs, also used OCCT and Intel burn test and my system is rock solid. However as soon as I enter an FTX area its not long after and its crash time, I can do the same flight again with the the FTX switch turned off and everything is alright. The biggest problem is it seems for every person that reports these issues there is 3 or 4 people saying they don't have them, so what then can we ask the developer to do, it would be hard to pin point the problem, that is if there is a problem with their scenery in the first place.Good luck though.

Seeing how you posted this in the support forum for their 737 NG , yes it is ready and has been out for sometime now.

Ya I thought something like that too, that would amazing, something that simulates running your own airline, something like airhauler except passenger ops, defining routes etc etc. Everything is just pure speculation at this point.

Just the opposite for me, I think we need more options for atc, and imagine what those REX guys could do. I would get it in a heartbeat.

Im not great at fill in the blanks but this is what I think its going to be, its going to be some sort of new atc client probably with a twist, after looking at the simair symbol I swear I have seen something similar before, and I have to some degree, its my theory that the REX team bought out code or teamed up with the developer Pro Flight Emulator to create the atc client we have all been waiting for.I know in these pics the only thing similar is the aircraft, I would say its identical, could just be a coincidence or it could be a sign of a partnership.
