Yeah, I would love to see that too. It is the only thing preventing me from buying it. Its a beautiful aircraft but I hate the default GPS, to have an aircraft with the default GPS I use the default aircrafts.

Hello FS2Crew: In the last few days I have seen that the CRJ is definitely on its final stages and will be release within the next two months. Since its going to be a complex add-on comperable to PMDGs, are you guys planning to take on it and give us FS2Crew for the CRJ? Thanks p.s. Hello: I have a little problem, I followed the instructions and assigned a key for autofeather to open the main panel. That key open the main panel but it won't closed. Even when right clicking the panel and choosing close window, the main panel won't close. I would like to be able to close the panel when cruising like in other versions. Can someone help?

I think I know what is your problem, at the bottom where you select your aircraft you should see a box which need to have a check mark that says show all variations. If it is not check you wil only see the PMDG liveries. Creo que se cual es el problema, cuando vayas a buscar los aviones vas a ver a la parte de abajo un (check mark) que se supone que este marcado para mostrarte todas las variaciones de tus aviones. Si no esta marcado solo vas a ver las pinturas de PMDG.

David: By locking your post, the forum is not telling you that you are a crook. When it comes to validation issues, there is no one in the forum who can help you, only the dealer can help you fix the problem. The issue is that I've seen many people in different forums (not only this one) who get their software illegally and then come to the forums to seek help to installed their illegally obtain software and what they get is an ear full of people telling them to buy the product. In order to avoid discussions and take this and that comments, moderators lock any validation problem threads. No one was trying to insult you by locking your thread on the contrary they were trying to avoid other members to insult you thinking you obtain your product illegally. For any other issue this forum is a great fast resource before going to PMDG support (which is also fast in responding).

What I did that works like a charm, I bought Accu-Feel(very cheap software) from A2A Simulation which gives you a lot of sounds including wind, then took away the wind sounds out of the PMDG sound folder. I play around a little with the sound settings Accu-Feel have until I hit the right combination between Accu-Feel and PMDG sounds. Its sounds beautiful right now.

Hi Word Not Allowed: Since you seem to be the knowledge base of this thread. I want to ask you. I just build a new pc. I used to have an amd 2.8ghz 5400+, 8gb ram, gtx 460 (yeah I know nothing to brag about). I used in that system FPS Limiter plus ******* fix and it gave me a boost. Now I just build an Ivy Bridge 3.5ghz (3.9ghz Turbo) with liquid cooling, GTX 570 ti, 16gb Vengeance ram, Sabertooth z77, FSX is in a separate SSD. I can't not even to save my life open FPS limiter GUI file in my new rig to set up FPS Limiter (and yes I have Java). I'm planning to overclock but I want to see how FSX does first without overclocking or explore my options before resourcing to overclocking (I'm still installing all my FSX add-ons so I haven't even see how it works). Since I read that in your system you don't use FPS Limiter I want to know your recommendations for mine since obviously I will not be able to use FPS Limiter? Thanks Raul

Kyle, I know the wind sound in the cockpit of a 737 is loud, I have been in one, but in real noisy Planes pilots have head gear like the one you have on your profile picture that block part of the noise and kept them communicated with ATC and with each other. In the NGX I can't barely hear my ATC, I actually can't hear nothing except the wind after I pass 250 knots and that is why I took the wind noises out and replace them with Accu-Feel. So technically it is realistic and is not at the same time since you should be able to communicate or at least hear ATC on any plane and unfortunately FSX or mu sound card doesn't have an option to separate noises as of to hear environment through speaker and conversations in a head gear, at leas as far as I know :)

Don, Jay or Pic007 explained how to disable the sounds on the first page of this thread. You can do what he said or just remove the sounds like I did and put them in a backup folder.

Here a solution guys. I was experiencing the same thing, the wind noise was so bad I couldn't even hear my addon ATC program. I bought a few weeks ago Accu-Feel from A2A and then dissable the wind noise from the NGX since Accu-Feel have them in their pkg and now its a whole new experience. Give it a try and hope that helps.

Whe you start your simulator go to your upper menu (ALT Key) and select FsRecorder configuration. In the configuration menu of FsRecorded uncheck Views and the next time your start the simulator they should be gone.

On the 2D Panel that is as dark as you're going to get. On the VC it get more realistic.

Hello Andrea: Yes it was an installation problem as I didn't confront the problem with any other variation and after I re-installed the software, it hasn't happen again not even with the addition of the 600 and 700. It could be that the same thing is happening to others. As PMDG create the most realistic simulation for FSX I always read carefully the instructions and try to follow their procedures to the T. Even following everything correctly the cabin just wont pressurize. So, to others following PMDG procedures and still getting that annoying alarm, should try to see if it is an installation problem and re-installed the software to see if that solve the issue.Thanks

I had the same problem with the 800WL, even if I did everything correctly preparing the plane before take off it won't pressurize. It didn't happen with any other variant only the 800WL. The alarm goes off at take off and then after 18,000 feet. The only fix I could find was to re-install the aircraft again and it was solved.

Marcelo did a great repaint of the Aeromexico which has nothing to envy to PMDG liveries or any other repainter and you can install it through PMDGs livery manager (no manual installation required).

Hello JudeActually I have my FSX in C:/FSX, I re-installed it there when I upgraded my computer from Vista 32bit to 7 64bit. I have my anti-virus to run a scan at 2am so it never interfere with what I'm doing but last night I couldn't sleep so I decided to take a flight and then it happened and I completely forgot about the 2am scan.

I know most of you guys are pretty savvy with software, but for people like me who are more knowledgable about hardware than software, today I had my first CTD with the NGX. I restarted FSX again and then the NGX kept freezing up on me. I couldn't figure out what was happening since it has never done it before, until in the middle of the flight FSX didn't crash but it got minimize by itself, back to desktop and my anti-virus gave me the message that the scan was completed, BINGO!!!. After that no more CTD or Freeze for the rest of the flight. Could this imply that some CDT happening to others could be from programs running in the background or program add-ons running along FSX?

Like Frederick said, it sounds like an activation issue, try to do a complete un-install of the NGXt and install it again.

I agree with Tom, I used REX 2.0 but before it, when I used the default FSX weather my TAT decrease as I climb. There is probably something wrong with your FSX installation.

Most probably, I know it will be a while until it enter service, I just made the post as a joke challenge for PMDG, but it would be cool to see if PMDG later decided to do it.

Good morning to you too Marcel: Well I hope PMDG later include a variant for the MAX. I know PMDG have a lot in their hands right now with the release of the future schedule NGX variants, maybe an SP1, the 777 and the Dash. But I hope maybe next year we see an announcement of the MAX variant so we can keep up to date with real world variants.
