Military flight from Portland to Elmendorf... My favorite plane to fly... this beast is a DREAM! The sounds alone make me want to make my ears bleed... :)

The reason the ''game'' works as well as it does is because, put quite simply, it doesn't measure up to what FSX is and what capabilities are there. You really can't compare the two of them together, they are far away from one another in terms of what they ''deliver''. If FS only loaded Hawaii and two planes when you started it up, I am sure it would run much better as well. When you load up Hawaii in FSX, there is quite a bit more to it than what Flight is offering atm. They both have thier good and bad, but for now FSX is it for me. We'll see what they do with flight over time.

Is this the LOD in the fsx config file were talking about? Need to check mine. ;/ Does the auto tweaking tool do this as well?

Ya know Sly, I have the same problem since installing GEX NA as well. Id be interested to see whst everyone sahs!

Hey Everyone, I'm seemingly not able to find the documentation in regards to this question... But do you need to install GEX every time you fly? Say no... :P Do you also need to install the texture set up you have in REX every time you fly (Again, say no... :P) or once you have a set up you like, does it just have the textures there in game already? Anyway, thanks a lot for any help ahead of time. :P Randy

I think it had something to do with the editing I did on the previous one. This one is un-touched other than the border.

It's an AN-32. Not sure exactly which model it is, but I got it here off of the AVSIM File library. :) Has about 5 different liveries, all military and then the FED EX one. I have AA maxed in game, unless I am missing a card setting?

REX and GEX Enabled...

Yea, there seems to be quite a few land classes available out there by different companies... all for quite different prices... hard to determine which to get... :) Until I figure that out however, I went with REX 2.0 and already have GEX installed... :P

What is it your pointing out? The area with the water there? It looks like it is generating fog, or haze of some sort at the ground level and missing the water area which looks like it may be in a valley? Hard to tell by the image.

I'm not sure how valid some of the information is I am reading on it, but I see a lot of warnings about runways being like 100 feet in the air in some places... May want to do a little research on it quick. It looks gorgeous tho. :P
