  1. Rest In Peace. This man was (and still is!!!) a wonder of this age and previous ages.
  2. Yep true and Tabs has already stated that this is going to be fixed (or planned to be fixed, can't remember exactly..). OT: Short or long haul? Less or a lot of automation? Personally, the NGX has to be the winner. But I cannot help myself frequently grabbing the T7 and spooling up those big suckers of engines to TO power B)
  3. This seems pretty clear to me.. We'll have to wait and see.
  4. Emphasize mine. He didn't actually endanger someone. Getting in your car drunk and being caught drunk before you'd actually begin driving wouldn't have you punished drunk driving would it? About to do something isn't basis to convict someone for what he was about to do.
  5. That does not fix it. There is no fix for this.
  6. Great initiative. My question: Is the head-movement bug in FSX fixed in P3Dv2? The bug I'm refering to is when you place your viewpoint in the VC, and you move your aircraft, the viewpoint shifts.
  7. Thanks R for this much needed update! Looking forward to the 300ER!
  8. Except that does not fix it. I've tried all available "fixes", workarounds, possible solutions..
  9. Can anyone comment on the very annoying FSX bug that is the "dynamic" head movement? I.e. when you turn, your viewpoint will shift. Would highly appreciate it :-)
  10. Are you now talking about the (possible) small error induced by the TrackIR or by the FSX DHM? Try this: Setup the 777 to have engines running. Eyes front and look at your viewpoint position in the cockpit. Now begin moving slowly and turn full left/right and you will notice your viewpoint will shift very significantly. This occurance is what's going on here.
  11. No, wish this would be the case.. If you would "automatically" correct for this problem you would add correctional movement to the actual view movement (in other words you'd have to lean into the opposite direction of the error). Hope I'm explaining myself good enough..
  12. Unfortunately getting TrackIR will not solve this as your "zero point" will simply move. Very annoying this is, but unsolveable unfortunately..
  13. Check this: This uses DCS: A-10C as the example, but same applies to FSX. If you need any further assistance let me know.
  14. Aye. Nope https://www.facebook.com/aurasimulations They said "shortly" actually.. Seemed to remember they said november, apparently I was wrong on that front.
  15. "Our" ( ) 777 uses the GE90-110B engines. OT: There is an performance tool coming from Aurasim. It was scheduled for release in october, but due to team commitments it's probably going to be november.
  16. Do you have the HIGHMEMFIX=1 in your FSX.cfg?
  17. Jep, had some downtime this morning as well (the Netherlands)
  18. Hmm... Kinda weird to announce/reveale a *spy*plane 10 years before it's even flying.. But that could be just me :Hypnotized:
  19. Aye I'm seeing the same.. Around 0900z-1000z or so (give or that that schedule), every day (no exception so far..) I'm getting a 503 error.
  20. YES!!! I will NOT fly without trackir! It may take some getting used to, but it's superb.
  21. It's the first time I'm going, only heard of it last week! Also time to go to the Aviodrome again (last time I've been there was about 9-10 years ago). Also I need to go to the military museum in Soest again next year, when they re-open.
  22. Anyone going? :-) http://fsweekend.com/
