  1. Francois made a panel that's optimised for our aircraft. He didn't rework any part of them. Thomas compiled the A380 for FSX. He didn't model it. He didn't make the textures for it. And he didn't make the flight dynamics for it, either. So no, it's not the same thing.

  3. It looks a bit generic, I guess, and the spacing is a bit all over the place, but I don't see what all the fuss is all about. How is it even remotely confusing?
  4. https://dl.dropbox.c...vsim_banner.png Paste this code in the URL bar and hit Enter to try it: javascript:document.getElementById("logo").innerHTML="<img src='https://dl.dropbox.com/u/18934189/avsim_banner.png' />";void(0) IE 9 and Chrome with automatically remove the 'javascript:' bit from the start, so you'll have to type that back in.
  5. Is that to say waste everyone's time?Worth a read: http://gamingbolt.co...t-in-more-sales
  6. You do realise you've disproven your argument that it's a mean against piracy—for the third time, no less?
  7. Please seed. Sharing is caring. Or something. Peculiar it's only 1.9 gigs. I'm guessing they've removed the Mac binaries.Edit: yup.
  8. They will work; however, they should ideally receive the following updates:
  9. I think you're confusing us with AirSimmer. Or something.

Np. I've just resized it in Photoshop and saved 'for Web & Devices'
  12. What other way is there to go about it? They're competitors.

  17. Please read the instructions in the Readme included with the liveries.
  18. VAS might be not be PMDG, but it's the best there is for Airbus. Have you run the batch script? We tried updating the package on AVSIM, but it was rejected; you can, in the meanwhile, get the latest package here (that also includes a couple fixes we've made to the model).

We released the FSX models a whole year ago. http://www.pairbus.com/downloads
  21. 'Best' and 'worst' in what way? Mind talking less cryptically?
  22. You _don't_ lose autotrim in alternate law. From the report (emphasis is mine): "Malgré quelques actions à piquer, le PF maintient globalement une action à cabrer. L’assiette oscille entre 11° et 18° environ et l’incidence entre 11° et 23°. Le PHR débute un mouvement cohérent avec les actions du PF et atteindra la valeur de 13° à cabrer environ une minute plus tard. Il convient de rappeler qu’en loi alternate, l’auto trim est toujours actif. Par contre, il est difficile pour l’équipage de connaître la position du trim et aucune alarme n’avertit l’équipage qu’il déroule." What makes you think they'd heed the AoA gauge?
