That is correct, this is the way I do it, set slider at zero nothing more! But I can't say something about Mytraffic! Did my flight today again and this time no problems, I use different config files for airport settings from where I take off and one for flying at cruise altitude with lower settings in FSX. When I descent to about 11000ft I load the file for the airport where I am landing. I disable al scenery and airports inside FSX where I am not flying. Also disable Asia and so on where I am not flying. I can't say for sure if this was luck but I am mostly flying without problems lately. Rob do you have a buttkicker with Opus live weather? Hello Ryan, I had a freeze last night halve way with my flight from EHAM-LOWW with AI traffic on at 40%! For some reason this was on by mistake because I always fly with AI off! Just wanted to report this to you. Regards Robert

Do not choose OPT or MAX for 737NGX if you want to stay on Flight Level. I just choose in Cruise Altitude/FL lets say FL300 And in Cruise/Cost Index CI 50 Do not choose Compute Flight Click on find / Upper Airspace! I get a plan for only FL300 then! Robert

Problem fixed! :yahoo: First: uninstalled EZCA. Deleted all folders and registry entries (inside regedit). Deleted FSX CFG and FSUIPC INI file Used ccleaner. Uninstalled fsx acceleration and did a fsx disc 1 and 2 repair. Installed acceleration again. Installed EZCA using Flight1 online activation V1.15 Then installed V1.16. Don't forget to reboot in between every install! I am never going to install EZCA Version 1.17 again! This version gave me nothing but trouble! Robert

Firehawk44 / Jim is always willing to help you with your problem. Never had any problems before and then of the blues all sorts of crashes. This sounds all interesting because I too can't get rid of tearing! Would you be so kind to post sceenshots of your settings?? I am not very good with AA settings, it is confusing and screenshot a clearer for me! Do you use nvidea inspector for setting up AA?? Regards Robert

Where did you find this information?? Avsim hardware guide and Word Not Allowed say don't use external limiter! The say use FSX internal limiter! Quote Word Not Allowed: I found out (and got it recently confirmed) that external limiters cause blurries and more stutters. The fact is that internal limiter is as smooth as FSX can get, if FSX achieves the limited FPS without a problem. If you combine this with the BP=0 tweak, you are going to get even better smoothness. 30 is not a magic bullet for everyone, although it’s probably the most used setting. Setting higher FPS is a bad idea and should not be done, much same like running unlimited. Robert

That is what I use to! Buy a cheap, small steering wheel to use for steering tiller, like Ferrari Challenge Racing Wheel PC PS3 which is self centering! (very useful) It is a very small wheel and it works great for me as a tiller and is a cheap solution !! Robert
