  1. Dear Captains, i just love the PMDG 777-200LR and -300ER. Today, i flew both T7 variants and i noticed that the cabin window glass of the -300ER seems a little bit darker, less transparent if you look on the -200LR windows. Is this normal, a more than small "bug" or is this an option? Please compare the cabin windows of both airliners and you´ll notice the same. Cou can clearly see this at night: The Cabin lights of the -200LR seems to be brighter, caused by the brighter window glasses.

Dear PMDG, is it possible to give us the option for the SATCOM-Antenna for the 777-200LR: This antenna is really "sexy" and a lot of airlines are going to build these antennas on their 777´s for getting WIFI etc. There will be more and more real -200 Models with this antenna in the future! I saw this antenna at the very first preview pics of your T7 and i can´t really understand why you´re disabled this option.
  3. Ok...thank you! Usually i´m starting at a gate, so ground power has to be conected and electrics has to be on etc, right? Very interesting. I just love starting from cold and dark but it seems to be unrealistic because no airline pilot will ever enter a cold and dark cockpit, right? Beeing an aircraft mechanic must be very cool, because they´re able to start these awesome airplanes from cold and dark and they make the first cockpit preperations etc. AWESOME
  4. Dear PMDG, long time ago i asked for a possibility to choose different seating conifgurations and capacities. You told me that you wanna try to realise the ability to choose different seating capacities and configurations for each different livery. Is it possible that you implement this kind of feature in SP1c? I know: Weight is weight, but this would a "nice to have". Have a nice day!
  5. Thank you all for your replies. Can someone tell me the difference between the short and the long start panel state? I thought that the only difference is the fuel value. So most of the time i should use the short panel state? I think that i'm gonna use cold and dark only on very early flights.
  6. Ah, ok!!! So you say the long haul and short haul panel states are the most realistic/ common ones? What is the difference between both? Everytime i thought that pilots turn the battery on^^.
  7. Hello!!! I´m a big fan of the PMDG T7. Usually i´m starting this bird from cold and dark, but i red that no pilot will ever see a T7 in a Cold and Dark State, is this true? I red that aircraft mechanics checking the aircraft before every flight and they conecting the GPU, starting the battery and electrics. Hmm... i´m a little bit confused but it´s logical, i think. Can you tell me which panel state should i use to get the most real experience? Please tell me which systems are already on if the flightcrew enter the cockpit (GPU - ON, Battery - ON....).   10. Hello everyone! I´m a little bit confused about the actual range of the Boeing 777-300ER. I red that the -300ER has a range of about 7,930nm with 365 passengers. Yesterday, i tried to load up the weight of 380 passengers with their luggage (380x190lbs + 380x66lbs = 97280lbs). I loaded up about 11032lbs cargro into this aircraft, too. All together, i had a ZFW of 479500lbs. After that i wanted to fill my tanks with the needed fuel for my long flight from Duesseldorf (EDDL) to Jakarta (WIII) but for this 6068.5 nm flight, i could not load enough fuel. Hmm.... isn´t this strange? Or maybe it´s my fault! ... could someone tell me the actual range of the 777-300ER with the MZFW of 351500lbs?! Do i have to reduce the payload for this flight? I thought that the -300ER can handle this route without loading restrictions...

  13. I just downloaded the "new" -300ER version. Is it possible to install this new version over the old one, or do i have to remove the old -300ER expansion?

  15. This is something i don´t really understand, too!!! If i am on final at about 600ft over ground with AP and AT on, Flaps 25 and a Vref of 150kts, the airplane is trimed out, right? I mean the trim reference speed is 150kts because i don´t change anything. But after i turn off the AP, the nose starts to raise. If i am completely configured for the final/ touchdown, i don´t really have to touch the trim, right? I don´t even changing the speed or something, so i would thinking that the aircraft is trimed out for my vref speed. ... hmmm.
  16. I don´t really think that someone shot this aircraft down. Malaysia Airlines....Boeing 777....295 passengers.... Remember MH370: Malaysia Airlines, T7 with 295 passengers. I think both cases are terrorist incidents!!! Okay, okay^^...!!! Thank you Kyle
  17. Ok Kyle, thanks!!! So, if i reaching my landing speed (145kts etc...) and disconnecting the AP, i leave the Autothrottle on, so this system will hold my speed. In this case, i don´t really have to change the trim, right? I mean, i don´t really changing the speed. I´ll just changing the pitch with my yoke to follow the PAPI.... is right? If i would diconnect the AP and changing the speed from my landig speed (145kts) to about 160kts after that, i have to change the trim???
  18. I just red the SP1 document but i don´t really understand the "trim thing". I normally use the autothrust for the whole flight, but i switch the AP off, so i can do a manual landing. Do i have to trim if i´m using the Autothrottle, or is trimming only needed if i do full manual flights, with AP AND AT off?
  19. Düsseldorf (EDDL) to Manila (RPLL)... Diving through the "dust" and seeing the stunning city of Manila is so breathtaking. One of the most beautiful approaches..!!! (Thanks to Pacsim for making an awesome RPLL scenery!!!)

  21. Would you Beta-Testers say that the performance is better or the same with the SP1? I´m afraid that the new features has a negative influence to the performance :unsure: ..!!!
  22. hopefully the performance is a little bit better with SP1. I´m afraid that we´ll get lower FPS, caused by all these new systems etc. :mellow:
  23. Thanks for this update! I´m so happy that we´ll see the SP1 and -300ER soon. I shorten the waiting time with flying the AWESOME PMDG 747-400 and NGX. +1 for some Boeing 777-300 previews ;-)
