  2. Hi! Is there someone who can tell me if it´s possible for a pilot to operate the 777-200LR and the 777-300ER with the same typerating? I´m asking because i wanna buy the 777-300ER from PMDG, after release, and i´m asking myself if it´s possible for a real pilot to fly the 777-200LR (or ER) on a Monday, and the 777-300ER on Tuesday, for example.
  3. Hi! I just love the PMDG T7. Everytime i wanna fly this awesome Bird, i´m loading the cold and dark Panel state. After that i can see that some Systems like Trim air and window heaters etc. are still on. How is it in real life? Is this realistic or a Panel bug? I thought that cold and dark means that all Systems are off?!

  5. Hi! I just need a good traffic addon for my FSX. I´m using WOAI right now but i´m not really happy with this addon, so i´m gonna buy a payware AI-Traffic-Addon. It would be awesome if you guys can tell me which software is probably the best. I need a framerate friendly addon, because smooth performance is very important for me! Please give me an answer/vote... ...!
  6. Hey guys i can tell you one thing i don´t understand: Microsoft stopped working on FSX but there are so many intelligent people out there. Why isn´t there somone who can update FSX and create a patch or something for fsx? I mean Prepar3d is one of these persons but they want to create an own simulator etc. LM want to release prepar3d V2. In this version, they want to make FSX using more GPU instead of CPU. Isn´t there a way to create a patch?
  7. So crazy and cool^^!!!! Yey, but i don´t think that the whole 737 cabin fits into these massive engines. You can see on the picture that not the whole cabin is in that engine but it´s still impressive how big these engines are.
  8. Hey, it´s not fair that you say there´s no good 777 out there for FSX. The PMDG T7 is not good, it´s just AMAZING, really, OUTSTANDING....! You like the NGX? You´ll love the T7, trust me. But PinkJackal: I have this "mousebug" too, but we all have to deal with this FSX bug! The best way to get rid of ths is to put the curser to the left side of the screen after you clicked on a button etc.
  9. Hello everyone! I just want to know how i can switch thru my flghtplan on the ND. I´m asking because i can´t find the STEP Function in the LEGpage of my FMC, after i turn on the PLN Mode on the ND. Normally you can switch from waypoint to waypoint in the FMC with this function and you can see the waypoints focused on the ND. So, how can i do this with the PMDG T7?

  11. Dear PMDG, i just wanna say that the PMDG T7 is just AMAZING!!! I´m flying from KIAD to EDDK right now and actually i don´t have any issues. Maybe the framrate could be a little bit higher but i can deal with it . This plane is perfect! I like the pmdg operation center and the fact that it´s possible to change the aircraft equipments with this program is outstanding, for me. It has so much potential etc. I´m really looking forward to Sp1 because i think that you´ll find a way to change the passenger configuration etc. but until you you implement a feature like this, i just enter the ZFW and it´s ok for me. But a different pax configuration and capacity for each airline livery would be a nice gimmick....! Have a nice Sunday!
  12. Is PFPX really good for fuel planning etc? I´ve got FSC 9.3 and i´m really happy with it. Maybe someone will create an really good fuel planner especially for the PMDG T7, like someone did this for the NGX. It would be so awesome.
  13. Okay, i red the tutorial and they will show us to calculate the fuel in the Tutorial number 2. Is there a release date for this document? Okay thanks! Can you tell me how much fuel do i need in the tanks if i´m standing at the destination gate??? I mean sometines the FMC told me that i will have about 30000lbs fuel at destination gate. This is too much, isn´t it?

  15. Hi! First of all: This aircraft is the best addon aircraft EVER!!!! I LOVE THIS AIRCRAFT.... even the fact that my frames are a little bit lower than in the ngx is not really bad for me (maybe PMDG will find a way to fix the mousebug!). Okay, is there someone who can give me a downloadlink to a very good fuel planner for my -200LR? I need a good planner because i want to do a longhaul flight and i want a realistic fuel quantity etc.

After i send a ticket to PMDG they mailed me back that i should have the email with the download link now, because there was a problem with my order (Server was busy) first. Well, i have to open the closed ticket because the problem is still there: I don´t have a download link or a mail!!!! Here you can see my problem: I had to hide my personal things!!!

  18. Hey cool, i have a question about the take off: If i will fly this bird while the aircraft is very light, is it possible to reduce the takeoff and climb thrust in the FMC? I mean in most airlines we can choose between CLB 1 CLB2 or Takeoff1 Takeoff2. These are "derate" options. Is there a way to do this in the T7? I´m asking because i don´t really want to climb with about +4000ftp if the aircraft ist light^^. I mean it very cool but not really good for my passengers^^.
  19. Ok! Of course i would be happy to buy and fly this awesome aircraft this month and i´m happy that you try to create a config system for the service pack. I understand that weight is weight and that the only important thing is the ZFW. Thank you for your answers, PMDG.

But maybe there´s no need to create a system to have different passenger congigs for each livery etc. Isn´t it possible to "just" change the maximum passenger capacity to 270. and implement a second config for up to 330, for example? So we can choose between 270 in a three class config, and about 330 in a two or one class config (for PIA Airlines etc.). I think after you changed the default configuration so we can carry more people would be more than enough.

I understand the weight restriction but i think if i´m carrying 301 passengers and just the typical luggage of each passenger (about 66lbs per person) and very few cargo, i can make this long flight without problems, right? Can you tell me why there is no airline which make these non stop flights from England or Germany to Australia with this aircraft?
  23. Hello! I´m so happy that i can fly the awesome PMDG 777-200LR soon. My dream is to flying from Cologne-Bonn (EDDK) to Brisbane international Airport in australia NON-STOP (about 16167 KM) ! Is it possible to fly this route with about 301 passengers and headwind? Theoretical, i could fly a range of about 17400 KM with full Pax and cargo, right?

  25. No, i think that´s wrong! I saw a lot of videos of real T7 cockpit landings. Everytime the pilots disconnected the autopilot. But they left the AT on during the whole landing process. At about 30ft over ground, the AT put the thrust automatically in to idle position. I don´t know what the problem was but you can read the standard for the T7 here: "When the autothrottle is used during a manual landing, thrust reduces to IDLE at 25 feet radio altitude when the flight director is off or the pitch mode is V/S, FPA, G/S, or any VNAV mode (VNAV SPEED, VNAV PATH, VNAV ALT). The autothrottle does not automatically retard if the pitch mode is TO/GA or FLCH. " I found this in an B777 manual!
