Just went to go modify my schedule and realized I hadn't been defragging my SSD as I had earlier believed.. Unfortunately, I'm also at 26.17% fragmentation on the SSD.. -Damien

Agreed.. Frames will probably be worse on the f1 release due to the g1000 system if the mustang is any indication. Anyone know if Mr. Stolle is doing the fde?

As of right now if Bernt Stolle is doing carenados fde, you can consider my money spent at carenado. I'd prefer analog gauges as well.. Sadly no one is doing that anymore..

Shouldn't your nav button be set to GPS instead of vor1?

I use disktrix defragmenter. Works well and have an automatic scheduler set up to defrag each of my hdds and ssd weekly.

The aircraft is great with great detail but some people have problems with it due to a controller incompatibility. Aerosoft's "stopgap" fix of gimping the FDE turned permanent and upset some with an FDE reminiscent of the default 206. -Damien

If you delete your cfg, you're displays are going to get worse. 4096 is the best you're going to get. -Damien

I've stopped buying their aircraft. The HueyX controller issue and fix were unsatisfactory handled.. Sure you paid around $40+ for it but the fix is giving you basic FSX 206 FDE's as a stopgap solution. Stopgap turned out to be the final solution. That really bugged me. -Damien

In the other thread I mentioned a problem with this as well.. Happened on the first flight and that was it once I reached a level of altitude. I got mine as I was looking out the rearmost windows in the VC on both the right and left side. only obscuring the vision out of these windows. it ended up disappearing and hasn't manifested itself again. -Damien

Anyone got any good EZDOK cameras for this yet? -Damien

TML value did fix the problem with the blurred text on the overhead. I've got all other values pegged at full as my new system allowed me to do so. Rebuilding the fsx.cfg and tweaking it today to get the best of the best going.. -Damien

The screenshots I'm finding on the coolsky website are due to hitting a shift- command for the popup.. not looking as if one were wearing TrackIR and looking around like my shots. -Damien

some details are still not very sharp (buttons on the bulkhead..) panels are able to be read completely from the VC but Frames still take a significant hit. -Damien

ok.. real quick.. Great aircraft.. Looks and flies beautifully.. Sadly there is a significant frame rate hit. flying from Misawa Airbase, Japan (An airport I normally get locked 30 frames with AS2012 weather) I'm getting High teens, low 20's from the VC with clear weather. Also, noticed the oddest problem... rear right and left windows in the VC were opaque orange like a door was open in front of them.. external view showed nothing. Problem cleared up once an altitude was reached and never came back in decent nor when the flight was reloaded or FSX was restarted. Liveries tested were Mexico and Hawaii. //EDIT// how do I say this.. items on the blue bulkhead in the VC lacked sharpness and seemed more like smudges than anything of detail. -Damien
