  4. Hi alli had 737ngx since 8/8 2011. I am having problem with activation - no activation window at all, tiketed to pmdg support, try every trick but nothing work. They even sent me an activation ultility told me to set flexnet to mannual, siable firwall, allow TCP8888 etc....., nothing work, I am having the product now for nearly 3 weeks. Just wonder what to do, I am hoping that the are still working on case for all people having the same problem with me.Regardsken

They talking about witndow non-US , what is this mean?, my keyboard language is English (australia) - US. I broungt pmdg 737 on 5/8/2011, to day is 17/8/2011, I have problem with activation. no activation window at all, contacted pmdg via support tickets they have sent me external activation ultility, but still does not work, change my window language to US, but still does not work. I has been two weeks now i am left with "useless pmdg737NGX" sitting in my computer. Just wonder anyone out there has the solution. - PLEASE HELP anyone??Thanksken
  9. Bloody hell, so much trouble for a simple activation that pmdg customer experience world wide. I wish they have done a better job.
  10. Same problem here, no activation screen. Pmdg they have sent me a activation ultility but still does not work. Just wonder how is the pmdg team going in solving this problem for many customers having this type of problem. It has been a about 15 days now and it is frustrating.Regardsken
  11. I have been talking with PMDG with ticket system, they closed my ticket without any solution. I am still having any useless product. (so much for $70). I do not know what to do next.!!. I undestand many people are in the sam boat with me. Tried every that they told me to do like disable sercurity system, activate product using seperate activation ultility (they sent to me) and more......Please anyone have any idea??
