Yeah don't bother talking to Microsoft. They think you are talking about FSX. The helpful people reside at XBOX Games...

P-51 panel
The thing that annoys me is it's the same download size as a full plane would be. If I buy this, will I get the mechanics for free when they do appear?Does the landing gear button work in this? I'm assuming it does...

Yeah, just for this exact reason above, I am really looking forward to all the DLCs that get released. This game is stunning! I am tempted to buy another graphics card for SLI just so it can run better!- Waimea Canyon
Yeah, the canyons are just stunning! Really enjoy flying low, especially at dusk and dawn. The shadows are spectacular!- The Map
I tend to use the top down view a fair bit during missions to land. When I get close I have to circle a little, but it's usually ok. Used it for the little airstrip photographer mission. Some of those are hard to see! and land... :)- Clandestine Mission(s)
what happens when you get caught?- Realistic modeling or just plane (pun) silly?
How do you get back in to the aircraft? Is 'E' a proximity thing?- Aerocache Maps
