Wow, how did it happen? Got the BK2 about a month and the remote is not working properly. The amp standby light sometimes stay on orange even pressing it on the main unit. After an hour or so it work again. Suspect over heat that cause the problem.

For easy uninstall just remove it from the programs & features in control panel. Or download the IObit uninstaller to do the job for ya.

Didn't seem to be anything wrong with the screenshot of your NI settings. You said you can uncheck the ingame AA box? That's new to me, perhaps do a back-up of your fsx cfg and then start fresh to see if that help?

I disabled the tool when flying in dark. Beside there's nothing much to look at. This way it'll get rid of the flashes altogether. ^_^ Read post #93 if you missed all the instructions before that. If you paste a screenshot of your NI here perhaps I could help. Although I'm not an expert but I've learn plenty from the AVsim gurus here.

Don't know what Word Not Allowed settings. I used a 40" LED TV as monitor 5 weeks ago and now bought a 27" IPS display with a resolution of 2560x1440 (Great detailed review here), Nvidia 560 oc at 910mhz. I got my frame rate locked at 25fps though. In UK 2000 EGLL I got 22-24fps, no fps performance loss comparing to the large LED TV.

Finally got it working! Amazing piece of program and is FREE! Don't even need to launch shade now. Thx Steven! To summarize the step I took: Download the installer Steve provided http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/131 Install preset 1 and select your fsx main directory. Go into Nvidia Inspector select Nvidia Predefined FXAA Usage : Allowed, Toggle FXAA Indicator on or off : OFF, Toggle FXAA on or off : On Start FSX and uncheck internal AA To toggle on or off press Pause/Break key on the keyboard. (Don't know why you want it off as it look so good as it is :lol: )

Aaah, thx guys. Got it now. When I start FXAA Tool on my desktop, The Toggle On/Off box is uncheck on some tabs, shall I leave it? And what are they for btw?

Huh? What preset? Im totally lost now... I extracted all the file from the zip to my fsx directory, start the FXAA_Tool.exe, start fsx, and everything still the same. Are the preset files in "injFX_Shaders"?

My fsx always get CTD when d3d9.dll (Enb series) is present. That's according to event viewer. My test is base on short flight from EGLL to EGLC. It happen when it landed at EGLC.

How steady is this program compare to ENB series? My fsx rig and D3d9.dll don't go very well together :(

I had exactly this happened in other forum. In matter of fact that I had "google it" b4 I ask where did he obtain the file. I did a fast research on the monitor adjustment as I am quite interested. Paste the vid here and can't delete my post when i realise is not Obutto rig. The european price tag is so expensive compare to the US.

I think the Obutto screen fixture height can be adjusted. Look at this one : P.S. Sorry wrong link, the above vid is not an Obutto cockpit.

Hmm ... I can't believe no one is using this gadget to enhance their simming experience. :huh: Got it working now, but not sure if I've got the right settings. This thing is unbelievable. It make the flying experience feel totally different, from ground rolling at take off, flaps, landing gear etc. It's like sitting in the real thing. Best part is, I could use my ear phone and still feel the prop engine, flaps, drags, activating the landing gears vibrates though my spine, without disturbing my family sleeping during the night. If you haven't bought this to enhance your flight simming experience, I strongly recommended you do so. ^_^

Hi all, today my long awaited ButtKicker® Gamer2 arrived. Even after looking at the quick setup guide, I can't achieve the desired feel from it. So far I have connected the cables as instructed. I am quite confused with the Low filter cutoff/ High Cutoff Frequency & High on/off. I followed the instructions and adjusted the knob all the way to 160 on high cutoff frequency high to off for engine feed back and suddenly the machine started smoking! What sound channel should I select? i.e. Stereo/5.1 etc... I have a 5.1 sound card and I use Stereo setup for FSX atm. Regards, AJ
