    Flightsim would be terrible without AVSIM. I don't envy having to run this joint bit I'm glad it's here. I've managed not to get banned in the many years I've been here. Being as, according to my wife, I'm an idiot it must not be to hard to follow set rules and protocols. But maybe I'm just old fashioned. The conspiracy theories are fun to read though. AVSIM WAS THE SHOOTER ON THE GRASSY KNOLL.

    Depends on the weather but usually once I'm established on the approach and have the runway in sight ill disengage and fly it in. It's the only time I get to "fly" a 737 may as well take advantage.

    That's an activation issue with the 747. Reinstall and renter your license key. If it continues submit a ticket and PMDG will sort you out in short order.

    Ha I wish. No snow, clear as a bell but 20 degrees and 45 mile an hour wind. Me and the kiddo have been out busting out water troughs this morning. I wish there was snow beats the pants off wind and cold. EDIT: Randy, that image exceeded our limitations by at least twice. Put it on a diet and repost please.

    I'm sorry you don't get to attach stereo types, stigmas or any preconceived notions you have about America to me. I don't care at all how sovereign people choose to elect a d govern their country. I don't ever give it a second thought. That's up to them. I have enough to worry about here without trying to figure out what is going in across the ocean or across the North or South border. Sorry you feel so strongly but attaching those feeling to every American is quite silly and naive.

    Other countries gun controls are strange to many here. I have no desire to be like other Countries. I live in America how other countries govern themselves is up to them.

    The flickering around mountain edges etc is just something you have to accept its a FSX limitation no matter the weather engine. I agree it stinks.

    If I'm not mistaken some were awarded Astronaut wings or whatever they wear for 50 miles or higher. SR nor U2 pilots were awarded them so who knows.

    Pretty well known both the U2 and SR-71 could reach 90,000 feet. No killing needed this holiday.

    Ah I see what you're saying missing a zero. So you're right my point was in regards to US there is no FL below 18000 feet.

    FL100 in the United States would be 100,000 feet. 10,000 feet is 10,000 feet.
