  1. There have been no changes made to the FSX Interface or any networking. The majority of the changes are new EFIS instruments. What do you mean by 'stop working'? Do you get an error message? What else has changed in your setup?
  2. As it says in the manual and instrument description, the chronometer works only with X-Plane. The chronometer does not have its own timer functions and relies on what's available from the sim (X-Plane has a timer function). I add your request for a functioning chronometer to the list if improvements for a future release.
  3. You could try our CommsChecker program. You run this instead of Panel Builder. It will show you the values for each instrument coming out of the simulator/interface. Run P3D, then start the P3D V2 Interfcae, then start CommsChecker. Select different instruments in the dropdown and click connect. Observe the values. Download here: http://www.simplugins.com/CommsCheckerInstall.exe
  4. Ok, I'll have to think what else it could be.
  5. Did you try the fixed IP Addresses? Panel Builder will need to have them on the same network, other applications might not.
  6. What Version of Panel Builder? Are you using the simPlugins Prepar3D V2 Interface?
  7. I assume this is a single computer setup. I'm not familiar with the G109 plugin. You could have alook at our FAQ, if you haven't done already. http://www.simplugins.com/html/faq.html#Lagging or http://www.simplugins.com/html/faq.html#DoNotReact We are running this on our test machine without any issues, also on a notebook with much lower spec. Are you connected to a network? Do you have WiFi on this computer? Also, What Version of Panel Builder? Are you using the simPlugins Prepar3D V2 Interface? Anything else running?
  8. Normally you would buy Panel Builder and the EFIS add-on rather than the EFIS Panel Builder full version. You basically have 2 full versions installed and they don't see each others instruments. But you can copy all EFIS instruments into the Panel Builder folder and then use only Panel Builder (not EFIS Panel Builder) Copy the folder C:\Program Files(x86)\EFIS Panel Builder\Instruments_EFIS To C:\Program Files (x86)\Panel Builder That's it. Now you have all instruments available in Panel Builder.
  9. No, you need to assign fixed IP addresses to your network adapters in Windows. I suggest to use: Computer 1: IP Address: 192.168.0.1 SubNet mask: 255.255.255.0 Computer 2: IP Address: 192.168.0.2 SubNet mask: 255.255.255.0 This is done in the windows control panel under Networking and Sharing Center / Change Adapter Settings. Then right click on the network adapter and choose Properties. Now click on 'Internet Protocol Version 4' and then on Properties. Select 'Use the following IP Address' and enter the values I described above.
  10. No, P3D V2.5 works fine with Panel Builder. What do you mean by switch box? A network switch or a router? If you don't have a router, you need to assign IP Addresses to both computers.
  11. I don't see anything obvious. A single PC installation should just work. Do you have WiFi on this computer? Can you try and unplug/disconnect the computer from the network and see if this makes any difference? This way we might know if it is a networking issue.
  12. Tell me more about your setup. Are there any other devices in your network? etc.
  13. How about the link to our FAQ above? Are you using WiFi? We recommend a cabled network.
  14. 950 Deg Celsius = 1750 Deg Fahrenheit. The gauge shows Deg Fahrenheit. You should be able to adjust min & max by right clicking on the gauge and choose settings.
  15. Kein problem mit drastisch. Have you checked the FAQ on our website www.simplugins.com, there is an article regarding the order of network interfaces in the computer. Here is the link http://www.simplugins.com/html/faq.html#DoNotReact
  16. On some of the AI indicators the bars only move when using the knob on the instrument itself, but nothing is sent to FSX. I believe the C172 version of the AI has this implemented, I have to confirm. Also, this was done in one of the latest version updates.
  17. We have been looking at the problem and yes it does sometimes take a bit longer. We will have a solution for you shortly. We have never ripped anyone off! Our support is very highly rated. Our dedicated support e-mail support@simplugins.com does receive more attention though because of the nature of e-mails in general. The nature of the Avsim forums are more community driven. But that is no excuse. We apologize for any delay in providing a solution.
  18. When you check 'Show Values' in simPluginsDCS, do you see any values?
  19. What is your configuration? Single Computer or Networked 2 computers? Did you check our FAQ? Maybe this helps: http://www.simplugins.com/html/faq.html#Lagging If you are on a single computer, what are the specs?
  20. As the previous post suggested, probably has to do with your network interfaces. Here is our FAQ about it: http://www.simplugins.com/html/faq.html#DoNotReact As a side note, we have so far received about 3 reports about this. We are working on finding a solution to this. In the meantime you can try the suggested fix as posted above.
  21. Where are you running the CommsChecker on? You should run it on your second PC. How are your PCs connected? Switch? Router? Direct (cross-over) cable? Also check the FAQ: http://www.simplugins.com/html/faq.html#DoNotReact
  22. You did the correct thing. For fuel gauges you need to use the gauges ending in ...FSX as FSX reports fuel different. The other fuel gauges without the ...FSX are for X-Plane.
  23. That is correct. The Standard Instrument Set has the RPM gauge that is used in the A2A Panel. You can change the color bars and ranges by right clicking on the instrument and selecting Settings. In fact many instruments have this facility.
  24. The EGT Gauge only shows values above 1150 Deg F.
