  1. We have a Switches Add-On coming out shortly. Doing some last tests now. It has many different switches/dials/sliders that can be freely configured.
  2. Hi Lisette 1. The panels are all retained, even when you uninstall Panel Builder and install a new version. If you want to make a backup, all panels are under C:\Users\[your username]\AppData\Roaming\simplugins\PanelManagerPRO contained in folders with folder names starting with "Panel_...". If you install on the same computer, there is no need to register again. 2.All you have to do is modify the shortcut for Panel Builder in your startup folder and add the word 'start' (without the quotes) at the end of the Target where it says ....Panel Builder.exe" to ....Panel Builder.exe" start . This will then launch your last used panel.
  3. Please check that you the latest version of the X-Plane 10 Interface installed. Go to plugins/plugin admin/plugin information. It should show 2 Panel Builder Plugins with Version Number 2.94. I've checked the issue you reported (X-Plane 10.36): AutoPilot - working as expected. Tried both HDG and ALT hold modes. Transponder - working as expected - Makes sure the AutoPilot is turned on in the X-Plane Panel, right now we have no power switch for it in Panel Builder. Fuel Flow - is converted from kg/second that X-Plane sends to Gal/hr assuming 6.01 pounds of AVGAS equates to 1 Gallon. We are displaying what's being sent from X-Plane. EGT - is converted from Deg C to Deg F. The maximum in the instrument is 1600 Deg F. You can change this by right clicking on the instrument and choosing settings. Oil Temperature - is converted from Deg C to Deg F. I confirmed the formula to be correct and checked the values from X-Plane, yes they seem to be to high. But you can apply a correction by right clicking on the instrument and choosing settings. The enter a positive or negative correction for it.
  4. You can shape files from a variety of sources, I suggest you try http://www.naturalearthdata.com/downloads/ If you want US airspace shape files : https://nfdc.faa.gov/webContent/56DaySub/2013-05-02/class_airspace_shape_files.zip
  5. This problem has been fixed. It was introduced in Version 2.94 of Panel Builder. It affects mainly X-Plane Users. The fix will be applied to the next update. If you need the fix earlier, send an email to support@simplugins.com
  6. When you installed the EFIS Add-On, did you specify to 'Add Instruments to Windows Firewall'? What language is your computer set to? US-English? Can you send me your PanelBuilderSender.cfg file? (send it to support@simplugins.com) This is located in X-Plane 10/resources/plugins/PanelBuilderSender
  7. What version is your X-Plane 10 Interface? It has to match your Panel Builder version. You can see the version number best in Windows Control Panel under Programs and Features. You could also try to update your EFIS Add-On. The current version is 2.94 (just like Panel Builder). Here is the link : http://www.simplugins.com/html/add_ons.html
  8. As mentioned in the description, the Chronometer is for X-Plane only. The ChronometerC172 should work. Can you tell what doesn't work for you?
  9. Sorry, we don't support AIRAC updates. We provide our own updates from other data sources. The latest version has the current data. If you need to update, got to simplugins.com and follow the link to updates.
  10. Some (or most?) of the Add-On aircraft calculate their engine and performance data internally and show them on the instrument panel. This 'customized' data is not all the time available through the standard interfaces like SimConnect or FSUIPC. For this reason we had to produce customized specialized versions or additional software to show the correct data. Examples for this are our Panel Builder for Dodosim and our A2A C172 Add-on. In both those cases our software extracts those values and puts them back into FSUIPC to make them available for Panel Builder. Many add-on producers provide information about their customized data and how to get to them. We have not done any work for any RealAir Add-On products so far. Even if those are not good news for you, I hope you understand why the discrepancy occurs.
  11. Cab you verify, everything in the Nav Display is working (VOR?, JPEG, we don't use jpegs), but the map is not moving? Also make sure you are using the latest version, 2.94. There have been many changes and fixes. To update, go to simplugins.com, the follow the Update link.
  12. The Hobbs meter has never worked with FSX as there is no data available from simconnect. Are you sure that this was working?
  13. You're welcome. Most of our improvements come from customer suggestions.
  14. Did you install the EFIS and Spitfire Add-Ons onto your new computer? Those are separate products and do not get installed by the Panel Builder setup program.
  15. I did some research, it looks like there needs to be a modification made in the server for the host of the multiplayer setup to enable exports: network.cfg: server = { ... allow_object_export = true, -- (default is false). } This has been taken from a post on http://vtacticalairgroup.net/archive/index.php/t-10.html
  16. We don't have any plans on creating an A2A C182 at this stage. Maybe at a later time, if we have more demand.
  17. Great. I think the issue is in the lua script for P51D. Panel Builder does work with multiple languages. I'll have a look at this.
  18. This is a screenshot (not edited or cropped) that shows the gap I have: http://www.simplugins.com/screenshot.jpg I also run the windows screen at 100%. The gap between the active display of the monitor and the surrounded bezel is obviously different between monitors.
  19. What language setting is your Windows set at?
  20. No, you cannot rotate the gauges. Just moving them around and changing size using the wheel mouse. By the way, I can get the default gauges very close to the top of the screen, within a 1/16".
  21. Even though they appear to be round, the instruments are actually square and have an invisible background on it. The size of this is different for different instruments. The positioning is basically limited by the top of the windows desktop and by moving the instruments all the way to the top they might indeed look to be down because of the invisible background/window is on the top edge. Which instruments are you referring to? I could make the background window tighter which would allow you to move them closer to the top.
  22. It would work on a per instrument/per panel basis. You would add multiple of the 'blank' instruments and change the image on it. This would then stay with this particular panel. On a different panel you could have different 'blank' instruments. I could provide some images to get started.
  23. Sorry that I couldn't help. But we had no other reports about the issue you are experiencing.
  24. I like it! I can provide an instrument cover where you can change the image. This way you can make it look like anything you want.
