Bluebird Simulations 757 Update
- SU 16 BETA Just Dropped. Approx 500MB. Lots Of WT Stuff.
The release notes have a grand total of 3 items, 1 of which is Xbox only so I wouldn't get too excited. RELEASE NOTES Sim Update 16 | MSFS 2020 If you are playing on PC, outdated packages in your community folder may have an unexpected impact on the title’s performance and behavior. If you suffer from stability issues or long loading times, move your community package(s) to another folder before relaunching the title. Stability & Performance Improved memory management on Xbox Series S and Xbox Series X to improve stability General Bug Fixes Fixed bugs on Timezone system. In addition, data is now more accurate (country coasts and borders, islands, etc) World Changed the way water bodies polygons work so that overlapping polygons of the same type no longer cancel each other- WinWing suspends shipments to the U.S.
The answer lies directly in your link. "us.winwing" = US shipping website. Look in the very top right of the page, you'll see it says "Continental United States". Click that text and select "Global Shipping" and it will transfer you to the global shipping site, aka https://winwingsim.com/view/- DLSS 4 DLL's
Overall, very much agreed here. In the 737, ghosting on larger numbers (i.e. MCP, speed and altitude bars on PFD, main engine gauges) is much improved. Very small numbers/gauges can still be a challenge (i.e. QNH preset, minimums), but in an airliner there aren't many like that that you really need to be immediately responsive. I'd say this moves DLSS from previously unusable to now practical. If you have the GPU power then running DLSS with the DLAA setting gives a sharper overall image than TAA for me, less ghosting than DLSS Quality, and looks better overall than anything else.- WinWing MCDU AND CDU'S. They look Good.
Be advised, it's sounding like it's going to be a 2 month wait at minimum if you do the pre-order from a regional site.- BATC: voice or button poll
Buttons and auto respond for me as well. Absolutely no interest in talking to my computer. Just interested in having semi-realistic communications and instructions.- Pushback tool issue
This is a known issue that many people face and the developer has not-quite-but-pretty-much admitted that they have no idea how to fix it. Last communication was on July 18th. This is from the paid version but it's the same dev behind the scenes and the pushback part of it is almost certainly using the same code. At this point I expect it's never really going to get fixed. https://forum.aerosoft.com/index.php?/topic/177844-toolbar-pushback-su15-issues/page/5/#comment-1119763- PMDG Updates 4-Oct 2024
Seemingly confirmed the secret project is a 747-100? https://forum.pmdg.com/forum/main-forum/general-discussion-news-and-announcements/330077-04oct24-so-what-is-going-at-pmdg/page3#post330279- Can anyone guess this new PMDG project? (photos)...
In this latest post he is talking about them working on 777 variants, the 747, an unnamed secret new aircraft project (not the MAX for certain), and 737NG updates. They would be spread incredibly thin to also be actively working the 737MAX. Seems pretty likely they are just conceding first release to iFly on the MAX.- Help with inibuilds A300
Two possible scenarios, depending on which options you have enabled. 1) A standard transponder panel, which will be located on the center pedestal directly below the fuel cutoff switches (showing 2000 in picture below). Use two knobs in the center to change the number. 2) An FMC looking thing on the center pedestal. If you have this equipped, select the "TUN" button located left of the "1" digit and the squawk code goes underneath "ATC1".- The TFDi MD-11 is now released
https://docs.invernyx.com/en/md11/changelog- X-Codr KDEN Released
For me, I am running DX12, native frame gen, and at 4k which is like the triple whammy of "will destroy your VRAM", and even then the texture patch that was offered solved my problems. I think in most cases you will probably be fine, highly recommend purchasing and trying if you are thinking about it.- X-Codr KDEN Released
Hello! I tested the texture resolution patch you DM'ed me and I would say it was very successful. My VRAM usage dropped by about 4 GB, performance is much more stable/fluid, and to be quite honest, I'm not sure I could even tell a difference with the visuals. I would highly recommend including this as an option to all customers - I know some devs package two sets and then provide instructions to change folder names around to be able to change which you are using. Also, just wanted to say, your customer service has been seriously excellent. The way you have been taking and applying feedback from here almost instantly and providing patches for various things on request is really impressive. Should you decide to continue making large airports at this quality I think you would soon be considered in that top tier of scenery devs. I can only echo what others have said - KATL and KDFW are two highly popular and completely untapped markets - would love to see your rendition of either.- X-Codr KDEN Released
I've been struggling with VRAM maxxing as well turning it into a stutter fest. 5800X3D, 4080 Super (so 16GB VRAM) at 4k resolution. This combo has been able to take pretty much any airport but definitely having issues here. If it's not too much work providing that option would be appreciated.- BMWorld KSFO Released...
A lot of respect to you for being willing to come here and admit to that when so many others have been choosing to double down and blame their customers for having any sort of expectations instead. Looking forward to your release.- BMWorld KSFO Released...
Not that hard to understand why people may not believe "3 weeks". Devs seem to be making a hobby of making a mockery of their dates recently (or forever, so some say). Highlights are my own.- BMWorld KSFO Released...
Wow. Flightbeam's will certainly be better but the delays are going to hurt their sales for sure now. For a lot of people this will probably be "good enough" and it beat them to the punch.- Bluebird Sim 757 March Update
- Horizon 787-9 v1.0 released
Matt, any chance we could get a "highly unrealistic" option to show the current trim reference speed on the speedtape like PMDG provides with the 777? I know it's not available on the real aircraft but without force feedback in the sim I'm finding it quite difficult to find where it's at at any given time. - SU 16 BETA Just Dropped. Approx 500MB.
