Hello everyone. Before start, i'm not going to mess anything up... Very nice airplane and Navigraph extension is the best, BUT... Flight plan created --> Took off --> ATC gave me a direct --> pressed direct button on the MFD and typed a FIX --> Oh no! Where is my flight plan??? I tried to Activate Leg by pressing ENT while the desired waypoint was selected.. but nothing. Didn't work. Any chance, any help?? thank you very much Simone Apicella

HI, I am currently flying from EGLL to OBBI and since departing I've had to battle an issue where the next 1 or 2 (sometimes more) waypoints have their speeds set to 170kts in the FMC. I am le currently at FL350 and have set the MCP speed to .83mach. If I leave it on FMC speed, the aircraft slows down to the slowest possible safe speed, just above stall as the FMC sets the speed to 170kts. Now, this happens as the flights progresses. For example, in the FMC I can see that my waypoints currently are: BOREP 170/FL369 BAMAS 170/FL381 KEPOM .828/FL390 Now, when the aircraft reaches BOREP, KEPOM will be altered to read 170/390. I have read the introduction manual and have been through the FCTM and FCOM 1&2. If it helps, I'm flying with a cost index of 72. Any ideas? Rynardt

I trying to add custom waypoint to FSX/P3D database so we can use in the default GPS and also been able to create a flight plan with them. I have to use the vor because in Italy the vfr point name are much more longer then 5 character and I still have the problem with the ident in 5 character. I am wondering, if it is possible to create custom waypoint with other method but been able to create flightplan. Is it possible to change color of the vor icon or other navaid in the night version as the blu is not so clear on the map. Is the map inside of the gps a bitmap in the gauges or is coming from the 3d mesh of fsx? Thank' s for any input <Vor dme="TRUE" dmeOnly="TRUE" lat="45.7200001180172" lon="7.27000012993813" alt="1.0M" type="HIGH" frequency="108.000" range="12345.0M" magvar="0" region="LI" ident="MWW1" name="AOSTA WEST"> <!-- VFR reporting point --> <Dme lat="0" lon="0" alt="0.0M" range="12345.0M"/> </Vor>

How does one add a custom user fix to X-Plane 11 for use the Garmin 530 GPS flight plan function? From what I have manged to find on the internet so far, it appears that editing the earth_fix.dat file is strongly discouraged. You are supposed to use the map. I am unable to find any function to add or save my own fixes. What am I missing? Can this actually be done?

Now, there was one occasion during this flight that the FMC did say .831 for the next waypoint, however, when I flipped back to FMC speed from MCP speed, the aircraft still slowed down to almost stall speed, regardless of what the FMC speed was. I have read the introduction manual and have been through the FCTM and FCOM 1&2. If it helps, I'm flying with a cost index of 72. Any ideas? Rynardt
