24, been flight simming since FS4. Allright I admit I was very young back then ;)Worked for Swissair IT for several years until they went away, among other stuff did some nice aviation CBT software.Went to Swiss Air Traffic Control after the famous "Grounding", started training for Air Traffic Controller for about a year, then did some time in ATC incident/accident investigation and am now working in their simulation department as a pilot/ATC sim specialist. Next to that I'm flying regularly on Level-D Simulators like A330-200, MD-80, A321 for various projects, and of course MD-11 for PMDG.Got some hours as well on C172 and P28A.Well that's about it regarding my work and flying stuff, want it more personal? How about that; Got a cat which managed to bite the cable of my rudder pedals for MSFS so I had to buy new ones yesterday! Fortunately it was just a USB cable, so no high voltage on that one :)Regards,Markus

20, started flying couple years ago.Flight sim put that final inspiration on me (in a few months!) to make aviation my life. I am now doing my Masters in Aviation Management, and working in YYZ as part of Emergency Planning and Management. If it wasnt for PMDG I doubt I would still be as committed to Flight sim due to time, but man do they make good stuff.Btw, Started my own VA (www.elite-va.com), although due to school dont have the time to continue working by my self. Anyone interested in partnership starting a professional or advanced level VA , with PMDG products and many other great addons, and hopefully one day shared cockpit for these birds? Let me know, I would really like to take this thing off the ground for those who fall asleep infront of a default panel, or simply by flying by themselves. I have some great ideas :)NickNick.Matveev@Hotmail.comPlease dont take this as an advertising, I have no interest to make any money, but after reading about who the people are on this forum, I am really inspired to continue my work for the future of this great community.

I'm an ICT Development Manager age 37 (very young indeed ;-). Love to fly commercial and military planes in FS9. Addicted to doing things 'the right way' which makes FS9 a very time consuming experience. Never fly online, like to be by myself up there ;-)David

Hi,I'm 25, I have an engineering degree and I do information security consulting and system administration (unix and relatives) for a living, in Portugal. I'm simming since about December 2004 (FS9) and even though I own both 737-NG and 747-400, I'm still only flying the 737. Once I feel more confortable with the systems, ATC (also own RCv4) and some fancy flight techniques, I'll start with the 747.Cheers,Pedro Venda.

Hi I am 63 years old. Let's see, I have been in no certain order a River Trip and Canoe trip Guide, a worker on a Kibbutz in Northern Israel for a year, a U.S. Army Paratrooper in the 101st Airborne Division Recon Platoon, a Sculptor and Painter with Studio and Gallery in San Francisco. I worked as a Photographer during my Art School Days (during my childhood I lived next door to and was mentored in Photographic Technique by Ansel Adams). I was an Avid Rugby Player for the San Francisco Rugby Club for about seven years.I was a high school teacher at a special school for Delinquent Children in Honolulu for a number of years. While living in Hawaii I became a big time SCUBA Diving enthusiast, and also began formal flight training and bought my first Airplane. My interest in Aviation was developed at a very young age by Dorothy Davis (my Godmother) who was a US Army Air force WASP during WW2.During the 1980's and 90's my brother and myself--along with a number of our best lifetime friends opened and operated three Restaurants in San Francisco. These Restaurants were The Irving Club and the Kezar Club---Both Popular Sports Bars, and Nineteen Forty on Taraval---a Fine Dining Restaurant. During these years I became a Golf fanatic, and with the help of my wife developed a huge Golf Club within the clientele of my restaurants and played Golf everywhere I could. I was never able to wheedle my way into Augusta National though--believe me I tried.I have owned a Piper Warrior, a Mooney Mark 20, a Cessna 210 with STOL Kit--and a present own a Cessna 172 along with a couple of my friends.During the past five years I have traveled to the Islands of Guadalcanal, New Georgia, Fiji, Tahiti, Vanuatu, Guam, and Yap for WW2 exploration as well as tons of SCUBA Diving and underwater and above water Photography. I also went to Hong Kong and Beijing and walked on the Great Wall during this time.At the present time I am driving a Transit Bus in the San Francisco Bay Area, and investing in Rental Property around the Pacific Northwest, and flying my Plane, and enjoying the #### out of Flying my PMDG 737's and 747's. I am a Pilot for Flying Tigers Virtual Airline.I find flight Simming as interesting and compelling as any of the above listed experiences, endeavors, and adventures. Life is for living, the World for Wondering at and exploring, people are for knowing and loving.I find that Flight Simming sets hot fires in the imagination---even at 63.Cheers

Hehe, never knew we had so many people in the FS business that were in their 30s and 40s...Anyway, I'm currently 15, student. Been simming since about FS98, only seriously since FS2002. I'm currently also working towards my Private's license, and if it weren't for my age, I'd be _nearly_ completed.

hey!I'm 51, a psychiatrist and flight sim addict since the yellow and green corn field replications of the 80's (remember that). Things got too real in the sim for me in the 90's so I started flying for real. Currently I am chief pilot for an air and sea plane operation in the pacific northwest (US) and a land and sea plane CFII. Still somehow managing to practice some medicine as well. don't panic, you'll be fine, doug wornell
