August 7, 200817 yr I definitely give Kudos to folks who are so interested in the manual. I volunteer for another developer doing tech support and . . . wow . . . 98% of the questions i answer were clearly answered in the documentation that coems with the product.PMDG -- I absolutely love how your manuals are done, too. I am going to enjoy reading this :-) Very professional and always well done.
August 7, 200817 yr Well based on their name.....!!!The manuals should be good.. or at least precise!Paul

August 10, 200817 yr First of all, the news we've all been waiting for, great PMDG!Is there already a possibility for the beta testers to give us more information, screenshots (flights) etc.?? Because that's very intresting for us :D!Best regards, Joey Zijdel
August 10, 200817 yr Commercial Member Yeah the testers are free to post whatever screenshots or info they want as long as its within the terms of their NDAs. Ryan MaziarzFor fastest support, please submit a ticket at http://support.precisionmanuals.com
August 11, 200817 yr Commercial Member We didn't specifically tell them to take and post screenshots. I'm personally more interested in what issues they're testing out and reporting... ;) Ryan MaziarzFor fastest support, please submit a ticket at http://support.precisionmanuals.com

August 11, 200817 yr Yeah, of course. I'd rather get the product than see them slowed down making nice pretty screenshots and videos, But I have to admit, it would be nice to see some more pics or even one video showcasing the inside and outside of the product in a short flight. Matthew Bellette

August 11, 200817 yr Commercial Member Gents-As we approached the end of alpha testing- quite a bit of sophisticated logic was added to the airplane to accommodate the autopilot/FMS logic. As always happens- when you get into the very high end logic like this- it has a tendency to destablize the sim a bit while we work out the kinks. As such- right now the beta team is pretty busy chasing large issues and attempting to find ways to duplicate problems that would interrupt your enjoyment of the sim. Nearly all of this research feedback is being channeled to Michael and Vangelis- and it is slow and sometimes tedious work to sift through the reports in order to find solutions to reported problems. We have given the beta team a second beta and we'll be issuing them a third one later this week. (Wed/Thu.) Our hope is that by BETA 4 we have a very stable platform once again. When we get to the point where these guys are hunting for functionality issues and testing little details- I'll ask them to give you some feedback on their first impressions of the MD-11 along with some screenshots of their favorite aspects!
