Or a pogo stick :( John E
I draw the line at a pogo stick, probably, but if they were to do an AN-32?

Paul Smith.

I sure would buy that Pogo Stick, made by PMDG :(Anyhow, I would suggest to be patient until the Release of the 737NG 2.0 and then see, what PMDG annpunces as the next Aircraft - as Robert said, they have their schedule made until the end of 2012. So maybe we are getting suprised :(And maybe there is no need for another Aircraft after 2012, when the World will be destroyed according to the Maya Calendar :(

best regards,
Alexander Barger

Hi all,Why not throw in another spanner into the works. Why hasn't anyone even thought about a great PMDG modelled BAE 146 / RJ100? Imagine flying this into EGLC! Now I guess many people would seriously think about buying something like that and no one else to my knowledge has developed one with a VC for FS9/FSX? :( James

We NEED an Airbus, does not matter AirSimmers A320, it only will be another choice at the time of buying, IMHO this is not a serious reason not to make an A320. If PMDG finally decides to make the A320 would be fantastic!!, then each one will decide which are they going to buy, maybe both... :( Asier

I totally agree, the RJ85/RJ100 would be super awesome! As for the Airbus, well I'm still being optimistic regarding Airsimmer.

guys im in the extended team for th airsimmer A320, i trust me it is as good as the pmdg!!!
I got an FS9 version of the Airsimmer A320, and was not impressed. The documentation was sparse, and like most things Airbus the concepts for operating the aircraft are not intuitive. Reading Mike Ray's book on the A320 is a little scary (the braking system for instance). I wont mind if PMDG leave the Airbus fleet to others.Neil Bradley

Yes, the aircraft is more simple and the documentation is less cause you got the basic...

Well, I looking back at other developers, developing an Airbus is almost like inventing one I guess..not an easy task..maybe that answers it !!!

I fully agree a 777 would be a fantastic idea! I also agree it would sell out like no other PMDG product has ever sold out due to its familiarity.Even people that don't know much about aviation can still tell you what a 777 is. It's such a famous airliner and amazing with its efficient, economic, modern power of flight. :( I think PMDG could do an EMBRAER 170/190. This plane is quite famous now and it's becoming a popular one to pilots! :( After reading several reviews on the AirSimmer A320 and seeing that it is actually improving a lot! I think making a PMDG A32X family would probably make some competition. I mean, I'll buy both even though I won't know which one to fly because they both would be amazing when AirSimmer fully finishes theirs. To be honest, I am an Airbus guy. I only fly Airbuses and sometimes the 737-800 and the 737-400. Currently I'm flying on the PSS A320 merged with the Project Airbus model and I'm happy... but how nice would it be to have an A320 that would achieve the level of PMDG?Many of you, obviously because you're American, or Boeing Fans, will say, no NO NO, a BAD IDEA.However, I do think we deserve to have a nice Airbus Addon for once.Let's all be happy and have the ability to choose a fantastic Boeing or a fantastic Airbus addon to have!!! What's better than that???Here's another idea to PMDG: 737 Second Generation. Yes, I'm aware that Wilco released a very nice fully realistic one. But how nice would it be to see at the PMDG level. I mean Wilco's VC could have been done better right? I'm not a modeler or programmer but look at the MD-11 VC!!! :( Anyways, I'm happy with the 737 NG V2 coming. One question, the same way you did with the MD-11, WILL THERE BE AN FS2004 VERSION???? B) (Pssshh, I think many of us owners of the 737 NG V1 want to upgrade if you didn't know) B) Best regards,James W.

I can no longer agree with the original poster. We would like an Airbus, but we do not need one. We NEED a Westland Woodpigeon.

Paul Smith.

To all: If you're looking for a PMDG quality Airbus, now, check out the AirSimmer A320.
I can't agree that what AS have to offer now is PMDG quality. Maybe they'll have something in the future. But now? I disagree.

Over 10 years here and AVSIM is still my favourite FS site :-)

Ha ha ha what was that again ? A Westland Woodpigeon ? I'm pretty sure I bagged one of those last week down at the marsh with a well aimed blast of number 6 birdshot, though I may be mistaken about the species...Regards, Tony "One Shot" Selario

Best regards from Tony, at the helm of the flying desk.

I'm now getting very excited at the prospect of the Westland Woodpigeon. In the 747-8 thread there is clearly massive demand for it so PMDG must make it or they will go out of business and there will be a worldwide recession.

The Avsim review is not exactly glowing about the Airsimmer product.
