April 28, 201016 yr my god, there is a very very good captain sim 757try pick aircraft that arnt made by detailed developersFrom what I heard (once again, I do not have CS 757, just relate to what I have heard and read about it), the CS 757 is full of bugs, and not as complex as any PMDG product. By the way, I was thinking about buying the CS 757 for FSX - first I need to buy my new PC - but I only read that it is buggy. But I would love to hear the opposite. Well, I'm sure - if ever will come out - the Level D 757 will be superior. Whatever - my choice is the A330 - and before anyone comes up with the Wilco Airbus Volume 2 - please do not even waste the time typing it. I love their E-Jets, but definitely not their Airbus Vol2... April 29, 201016 yr Hello,The "Cristal Guppy" Boeing EFIS 737-300 737-400 737-500. PMDG quality must be a dream. The futuristic 787, that would be awesome. ThanksCarlosGCLP
April 29, 201016 yr I think an A310 / 300-600 is sorely missing. SSW flattered to deceive. I would have said an A300B2/B4 but thank God Simcheck has answered my prayers.Dinshaw Parakh.
May 7, 201016 yr Pilatus PC-12 (original, not NG) in standard nine-seat airliner form and four-passenger seat/freight Combi version. The prop-liner team can do this odd yet sexy bird after they're done with the Dash 8. :(
May 7, 201016 yr My vote is:1) Update 744 to 748 (panels with WS and flight dynamic)2) 787 series :(Bob
May 7, 201016 yr For me A340-600. Something awesome about it.I know this thread has been going on for quite a while, but I have recently given this some extra thought!I hope first and foremost that PMDG will choose an adequate 747 replacement when producing the 777. This means of course that I hope the 300ER version is planned. This is the aircraft replacing the 747 at the moment.Another 747 replacement is the A380. I really think PMDG could start an amazing product line with the A380 being the first out of many releases in that family.Doing the A380 would mean a reduced production time for doing a A340-600 and -500, because of cockpit similiarities not unlike the NGX and the 777.Going from those upper size airbusses a production line could then be started on the A318-a321 and the A330-A340 almost simultaniously as they all share the exact(almost exact) same cockpits!I think this would be an amazing task and some amazing products good for many many years to come! May 7, 201016 yr Seems like many people are interested in "more detailed remakes".If you think about it, most the payware available at the moment might not be PMDG quality but you can at least get some realism from it.Planes like the Avro RJ doesn't even exist as payware, and even if there is a well coded freeware panel, it's not satisfying graphically. To put it straight, while there are payware planes that hold 50% of the PMDG quality, there exists like one half-good Avro RJ panel (when you talk about the airplane model, there are none available that looks good) yet people seems to be interested in remakes all the time. Why not add something new, like you did with the J41?If all developers keep this up, the Avro RJ will be retired before someone decides to make it. Not to mention the BAe 146 which is already being retired. (correct me if im wrong)Newer planes like the A320/30/40/80 and Boeing 787 have loads of years to fly. Klas Nordström
May 7, 201016 yr A380 is been developed by NLS so thats out of the questionA320 is being developed (i think!!!) by Airsimmer for FSXA330 is missing!!!!!it would be great to have both the 777 and A330 with PMDG quality in fsx. These planes are very popular, the 777 with major AIrlines like Emirates and the A330 popular with both major and Charter Airlines like Delta and Thomas cook. Dylan Leonard
May 7, 201016 yr I have to side with those who've posted here stating a desire to see some Biz Jets roll out of PMDG's hangar! Being that PMDG is developing a HUD for the 737NGX, I believe they would do well to pursue the sector of aviation that holds the most promise in terms of technology advancements.I recently read an article in an aviation trade publication that said that the FAA/NTSB are concerned that there are better weather tools and other advanced technologies in general/corporate avation planes than there are in the (US) nation's airline fleet. This is quite true! My dad's 45-year-old Mooney is better equipped than most airliners! Corporate jets are rolling out these days with amazing technologies such as Head-Up Displays, Enhanced Vision Systems, Synthetic Vision Systems, Full TouchScreen Displays like the Garmin G3000, PlaneView avionics, L3 avionics, Aspen Avionics, etc. There are some really exciting technologies out there that really haven't found their way into our simulated cockpits. Jets with these technologies are the kind of things I would like to see coming from PMDG.I believe the Gulfstream G650, in flight testing now, probably represents the most advanced bizjet on the horizon. The Falcon 7X is probably right up there with it. I don't know how much info would be available to PMDG to create these planes, but it would certainly be worth them looking into it! Eaglesoft has done the Cessna Citation X and smaller Citations. Someone, I think X-treme Replicas, has done an older Learjet. FeelThere has done a nice job with the Embraer Legacy and RJ series and WilcoPub (vendor) released a CRJ series and are working on what looks like a nice Piaggio P180 Avanti II. I don't think anyone has done anything from the Gulfstream or Falcon line. This may be a new niche for PMDG!I don't know about the rest of you, but I'm ready for the next step in aviation technology! Let's see if PMDG will follow through with a plane the truly represents the CURRENT "state of the art!"Terry Swindle
May 7, 201016 yr I'd kill for a high quality G550, But for some reason I doubt that would happen. Gulfstream has a reputation for protecting their aircraft as not to allow people to create Flight simulator renditions of it (Unless you pay them a good few million for official data and the likes, and you're a large training corporation such as CAE). Falcon, Really not sure. While the 7x is a very nice airplane, I'd much more prefer the gulfstream ;) I have to side with those who've posted here stating a desire to see some Biz Jets roll out of PMDG's hangar! May 9, 201016 yr Here's an idea I have yet to see anyone pursue, even in freeware...Burt Rutan's/Scaled Composites' SpaceShipOne with the White Knight mothership, as well as SpaceShipTwo and the White Knight Two mothership. These are all fascinating air/space craft that I'm quite surprised haven't found their way into our simulated world!Terry Swindle
May 9, 201016 yr IL-96-400T please! A prototype of this plane was produced with a western Boeing style cockpit too. More info.C17 Always liked the look of those too!
