The face of the matter is - their airport design ad implementaton is O.K. i dont think they should charge as much as they do. there is NOTHING complex about them. take flytam's KBOS scenery. now thats a product i'd gladly buy (aleady did) for 40 bucks, but to charge that amount of money on a bunch of buildings and scattered objects is insane, IMHO.

I get a feeling that you believe that the PNW scenery is just about the airports? The brushed up default airports are just a little bonus and only a small part of the whole picture. PNW is over 200,000 square miles of:10 meter meshAccurate handcrafted landclass with custom polygons for logging cutblock etc.Accurate shorelines with mudflats and gravel bars450+ reworked airfields/airportsAccurate road and railroad network with road traffic on all but foresting roads.Photoreal mountain peaks and other places of interestHigh quality autogen textures created from photoreal aerial photographyCustom autogen buildingsPhotoreal custom treesand probably some more stuff that I forgot now.And you are comparing all that to tiny airport packages that don't even cover 1% of the coverage area of the PNW scenery? You must be kidding! You are mixing up freedom of speech with the exercice of property rights, where the owner makes the rules. You are just a guest in a privately owned forum. No one has a problem with you not liking the scenery or expressing that dislike. It turns into a problem when you start trolling. In other words: we heard you the first time, and the second time, and the third. ;)

No, you probably are not "the only one..." There are likely a few others who let $'s alter their perception of reality... :(

And then again there are some of us who go fly VFR over favorite terrain and are delighted to find details like the Mt. Washington ski area on Vancouver Island :( All I can say is: I love it!!(and I do not really recall what they charged me for it.. other than it was less than my last 2GB memory upgrade)

Granted, these are not 20+ frames, but I would get those easily if I would reduce autogen to just Very Dense, which still looks great. Now, imagine what an Intel i5 or i7 (today's hardware on the brink of being yesterday's hardware) can do. I tell you what: easily 30-40+ fps at slider full right! So PLEASE stop spreading misinformation based on ASSUMPTIONS!

Guys please ....Greg is entitled to his opinion I guess, within the confines of the forum rules.PNW and our airports do not need to be aggressively defended (as much as I appreciate your sentiment), because as I said about 11 pages ago, I really don't care about people's opinions since the products will stand on their own merits.There is also some perceived 'sport' in knocking the tall poppy it seems.
