What I don't understand about this addon developer is so much time is spent designing the scenery, yet they keep neglecting to mipmap their textures.. It's such a shame.

I've noticed a couple of things - what looks like an incompleted aircraft on what is probably the old MD/Boeing ramp with no textures - and some intersections with very odd textures - three of them light blue. I'm not sure if Shez wants us to use his SunSkyJet forum or here...

There is one maroon texture that came through for which I will put up a small fix when I have collected any other observations which users might have (I would attach it but the forum software does not allow it). What else are you seeing? Those may be Rwy12 program textures. Those are available on AVSIM.Shez

Wow! Nice comments. Thanks for downloading the scenery....

See reply above. The aircraft at the MD/Boeing ramp was some sort of test aircraft when the original assembly line was there. That silver color is the way it approximately looks in real life.Shez

Hi Shez,Thanks for another outstanding scenery. My AI are elevated about 3 ft. It may be because of some fix I installed for the previous LGB 2002 v. I was using, but I can't remember for sure. Anyway, I tried running jabblg but no change. Any suggestions on what I need to do is very much appreciated.Steve

Hi Steve,I am not seeing that (see pic) so must be something that has been added afterwards. Very difficult for me to know what is causing this sorry.Shez

Steve, check for duplicate Afcads. I installed the airport without a hitch and my AI is working perfectly. I even have it layered over MegaScenery SoCal2 with no issues whatsoever.Mark

The airport itself looks great - but is the "hill" really supposed to look like the attached screenshot? It sticks out like a sore thumb on my default FS2004 setup. Just curious.

Very strange that...here is what it should look like.

I haven't checked out the scenery yet on my system, but one question I do have at the moment, where does the 'effects.cfg' file that is in the effects folder go? Does that go into the fs9/effects folder since the only files in that folder are fx ones?Jim D.

I double checked and it only appears when your scenery is installed - it is not there in the default setting.Hope you can duplicate the problem and suggest a "fix".

I've got that strange hill too! I assumed it was part of the KLGB scenery.

So is it safe to assume that you don't know what mipmapping is? The reason I ask is you seem completely unaware of the problem, yet every airport of yours that I have tried suffers from it.

I trust that the "hill" issue will be investigated and a "fix" will be forthcoming. As I stated earlier, it does not appear in the default setting so I have to assume it is imbedded somewhere in the KLGB files.
