ES Citation X V2?

Yeah if you buy the registered version of FSUIPC it will allow for the various throttle detents to work correctly. I will say that I don't have a reg version of fsuipc and my detents basically still work. So you can always buy the CX (30 day money back guarantee anyway) and download the unregistered fsuipc version first, to see how they interact, and then decide if you need to make the purchase.

Citation X has gotten a bit old in the tooth. Several months ago Cessna announced an update they are now calling the "Ten" not the X. Among several refinements the Ten will have is an all new Garmin 5000 avionics package including four touchscreen control panels or MCDUs. The Garmin package will enable Jepp charts to be displayed on the panel as well as XM weather. A much needed upgrade to the avionics to stay competitive.Lear 45 should have a Garmin panel update announced soon. Maybe fall 2011. It will be a version of the Garmin 5000 which is Garmin's first FAR 25 certified avionics suite.

Happy landings,

If the throttles are "clicking" as you push them forwards through Cruise, Climb to Takeoff - then that is the FADEC "indents".The NAV database that ships with the CX is an old one, if you want the latest up to date then you can pay for updates through Navigraph. Of course the "world" in FSX is out of date so an out of date database is not the end of the world, if you press the CLR key it will clear the error.G

The G5000 isn't available to anyone yet. The new Cessna Citation Ten (not X) is the first aircraft announced to utilize it that I know of. TSO certification for the G5000 is expected in 2012.

The "Ten" is a physically larger airframe. different engines, different avionics, etc. etc.:(

Got them printed out right beside me! lol.Why is the trim on this plane so wild I mean I give it a click with my hat switch and it moves huge amounts! I still need to learn how to make a decent flight plan with an FMS. What is the best way for a noob to learn how to use them? Or to make a flight plan that isnt garbage and works.

Reading the documentation that comes with the ESDG CX will give you the answers you seek.Eaglesoft did a fine job on Version 2. Fly her with pride.

Take a look at the You Tube videos for our CX2.0. Take your time and it will all come together.Big%20Grin.gif
